My EcoGuard experience from first call to service was excellent. I was provided a good deal by the sales rep, good communication from the main office. The technicians called in advance of arriving, were knowledgeable and informative, and provided a thorough but quick service to treat an ant problem. Shortly after the treatment, I knew it was working as I saw a large number of ants reacting near a nest site - as I read might happen.

Sylvester came to my home today and did an outstanding exceptional job. He was thorough in every way, and I’m so grateful that he not only brought his work but his Warm personality. I was having a very trying day and Sylvester Made sure that I felt safe and supported, and of course took care of my bug problems. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I appreciate this company and all the personnel from those who answer the phone and schedule the appointments to the service technicians are so absolutely responsive to meet my needs.

Devon is amazing. He was able to repair the exclusion work. Put the correct cover over my dryer vent. He takes his time and checks in before he leaves. Thank you so much for your help.

In the past some of the technicians do a so-so job. I had a new guy today, Vance. He did an excellent job! He actually got all the cobwebs down on the whole house and sprayed a decent amount. He really took his time and I appreciated his effort!

Elliot was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He called ahead to let me know when he was coming to the house. When he arrived, he took his time to answer my questions and concerns (especially about chemical safety for my kids and bees) before starting. I really appreciated that he gave the services a personal touch especially since his schedule was tight. In all, I was very satisfied with the visit. I hope the treatment will work, but I Elliot made me feel assured that EcoGuard treats their customers with care and respect, and will standby their services and follow up as needed. Update: I had a frustrating experience before with scheduling, the time ranges were often not accurate, and I had to follow up multiple times to confirm visits. However, after I shared my feedback, Jeff from the company actually reached out to me right away. They genuinely cared about my experience and offered solutions and options to make things better. I really appreciate that they took the time to call and show they value customer satisfaction. My previous review: The prices are reasonable, but the scheduling and communication need serious improvement. They always give a time range for when they’ll come, but they almost never make it within that window. I usually have to call multiple times just to find out when they’re actually coming. I’ve had to stay home for an entire day waiting — and a few times, they didn’t even show up after I specifically scheduled a visit. Then I had to reschedule and go through the same thing again. Their timing and reliability really need to be better.

Jose Duarte is a true professional. He showed up on time. Explained my service thoroughly, and what to expect. He made sure to stay in contact with me as to my appointments as well as arrival times - which he is always prompt. He listens to my concerns and addresses the issues through handling them with my services and always takes the time to explain. I highly recommend EcoGuard Pest Management. If you are lucky - you will get Jose Duarte as your professional. As I am sure the whole team is professional. My experience from the beginning has been the highest quality of customer service - from the first call to any follow up calls- the best part, is they call me- to make sure I am satisfied. I have not experienced any issues. They have kept their promise as how the process will work - AND IT WORKS This is a company and a professional Jose Duarte that promises and delivers. After 2 or so weeks, one rat was injured by a trap and is bleeding in the garage in the HVAC insulation. John felt for the rat. It was not there at that spot in the insulation. It will probably die somewhere in the basement and we will be smelling it in a few days. Still waiting for a decrease in rat droppings. There’s still evidence of rats. The company sets traps, removes rats caught in traps. They do not clean any droppings, look for entry points, or seal them. They do maintenance only. We will need to hire another company to clean, sanitize, investigate entry points and seal them off. We will also be replacing our insulation on the heater vents. Hopefully the traps attract more rats that die at the scene and not somewhere in the basement!

This “place” is my Moms mobile home. The young man, Benjamin, who came and provided service today was very professional and polite. He called and advised me he would be here in approximately 15 minutes. And he was. He sprayed the entire outside, put his equipment away and we exchanged waves as he left for what was probably another client. Thank you for great service, Loralee 😊

Nahkima White did a thorough job of inspecting my apartment and also inspected my bed for bed bugs. He was polite and helpful with explaining the different services that he thought would be best for my needs. I felt very satisfied with his recommendations and we decided on a plan that will fit my needs!

Excellent customer service. I had disturbed a large wasp nest and was stung numerous times. They were able to get Juan here to dispose of the nest the same day! Juan was terrific - friendly, efficient and detailed. I will definitely call Eco-Guard and request Juan in the future!
