I've been with EcoGuard for quiet a few years now. Their service is great and their technicians are outstanding. I had an issue last week and the office called me today and took care of it. I was planning to go to another company but I am happy with the service and I would like to stay as a customer.

Michael B. is the reason I'm a loyal EcoGuard customer. I am very demanding about what I expect from a company, and Michael B. is a star who stands out above the rest. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I know when he's serviced my home that I can trust him to do a thorough job, which gives me peace of mind. These days it's difficult to find intelligent, trustworthy, experienced people who really care about the work they do, and Michael B. is that person. I just can't say enough good things about him and the work he does. He goes above and beyond, and I actually look forward to our appointment days. He always calls ahead of time to give me his ETA, and he always comes in high spirits, which lifts mine as well. As a bonus, he'll make profound and relevant literary references, which I greatly appreciate and encourage. He's just an amazing person who takes pride in providing quality service, and there's nothing better than having someone like him make my day a little better than it was before he arrived. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

I was told it can take a few weeks for pest activity to subside after the initial treatment. After four months (2 treatments), there's been no noticeable decrease in activity (my target was insects). While on a general subscription service, I also had a rat problem come up. The associate told me I could pay some laughable amount to have a specialist do a whole-house evaluation - after which they decide what additional services / equipment I would need to pay for to have that mediated. I just bought my own traps. I notified them that insect issues hadn't changed and they told me when my next scheduled service was. I bought my own repellents. It's in the contract but cancellation cost me an additional $274. I paid $592 for two treatments (and a cancellation). There are better options.

I can’t say enough good things about Andrew, He has been servicing my home for pest control, and he is simply the best! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but he is also one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met. His trustworthy character gives me complete peace of mind every time he comes to my home. It’s so rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and their customers the way he does. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a dependable, honest, and all-around wonderful person.

Excellent service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure they do a complete thorough job. I have been using them for years. The price is very reasonable too. They even come out in between scheduled service dates If we need anything extra done. I highly recommend them!

I tried to deal with my garage mouse problem but got nowhere. I hired EcoGuard who went from beneath my home through the garage and up to the roof identifying entrance points for rodents. They first plugged holes and then caught them and further disinfected the garage where the mice had left a real mess. I am happy with their thoroughness and will have a total 2 yr coverage of returning to catch more if more get in. The employees were exemplary in behavior and work. I needed a call back at one time, and someone was sent quickly to fix a problem I noticed. I recommend their work and am very happy with cleaning out my mice filled garage area. I could never do what they did in eliminating the mice over time. I got my garage back!

Our technician, Marcos, was great. He was very informative and helped us understand our options. He explained the process for our specific pest and gave suggestions on how to maximize the effects of the services. Very helpful and friendly. The service was quick and easy. Easy to use, great results, and very reasonably priced! I was pleasantly surprised by how simple the application process was — no complicated setup or strong chemical smell. Within a short time, I noticed a big difference: the roaches were gone and haven’t come back since. It works just as well as (or even better than) the expensive brands or solutions I’ve tried before. For the quality and effectiveness you get at this price, it’s an excellent value. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, hassle-free pest control solution.

I've been using Ethan Nielsen of the portland oregon office and he has been fabulous! I live by myself and it's kind of uncomfortable knowing there has been rat activity under the bump out/add on to my house. Ethan is a calm presence and is lovely to work with. Whenever I have contacted the staff, Jen and the other folks, they are always so pleasant and courteous and helpful. I've decided to have Ethan do exclusion work to keep critters out from the add on, since it doesn't have a regular foundation like the rest of my house. I feel that I'm in good, safe hounds with Ethan and the EcoGuard Pest Mgmt team!!
