So far, their service has been excellent! They worked with me to get a great low price, and the treatment has been very effective with little to no activity over the past few months. Communication is always easy, and they are quick to respond and willing to help. I really appreciate the great customer service. I’m glad I chose this smaller company over the big guys—better price, more personal service, and overall a great experience.

Funny enough, this company came highly recommended by my supervisor, who also uses their services and spoke very highly of them. Out of all the quotes I received, theirs was the most reasonable and fairly priced. From the start, my experience was excellent. The representative I spoke with, Jay T., was extremely responsive and thorough. He explained all the plans and services in a way that was easy to understand—which I really appreciated as a first-time homeowner who has never hired a pest control company before. I confirmed my service choice over the phone, and to my surprise, they were able to come out to my home and get started within an hour. That kind of responsiveness is hard to beat! The technician, Matt T., who performed the work was equally impressive. He clearly explained the differences between the treatment options and let me decide which was best for my home. He walked me through his action plan and, to my surprise, discovered three wasp nests instead of just one. His thoroughness and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Overall, my first impression of this company has been outstanding. I truly appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and transparent communication. I absolutely love this pest company! As someone who’s totally anti-anything-that-crawls, they always go above and beyond to make sure my home and yard stays pest-free. These guys go above and beyond service! I have been using them for years. Anytime we need additional service between scheduled service dates they come out and take care of any issues like ants, spiders etc, Technicians are always professional and thorough. The price is great too. Thanks Ecoguard!

Kyle The technician that came to my house was wonderful . He was very thorough. Very detail oriented. After done explaind my situation. I have in the past had Pest Management come out. Trying to sell or convince me to better a better financial outcome. Kyle showed picks and explained everything. I will never use any one but EcoGuard. Thank you, to my neighbor that past it on.

Our technician, John Paul, is so nice and hard working. He took care with our home like it was his own and double checked every spot for spiders as well as knocking down a wasp nest I’d forgotten to mention to him. I definitely recommend him and his company!
