Aiden from EcoGuard did a great job of helping us take care of our ant problem. We noticed a swarm of them in our kitchen Sunday afternoon and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning to take care of them. It hasn't been a whole day yet, but already the number of ants swarming into our house has dropped considerably. Highly recommend for speed of service and professionalism of taking care of our home.

I asked Jonas a number of times to explain the details of my agreement? What was my commitment? If I cancelled what was the charge? How many months was I committing to? He really didn't provide a clear answer to any of these questions. I honestly did not know what it was costing me other than $98.00 initially and $58.00/month afterwards. I assumed I could cancel at any time. This is not acceptable of your technicians. They need to explain out show what commitment I'm making before I sign a portable device. It seems almost fraudulent. Setting up 5 traps in areas I'm not sure will be effective and saying he'll check back in a month???? I'm not liking your service already.

We had a monthly contract for a little over a year for mole service. It was a truly disappointing experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. We wanted a one time service to see if there was success, but they pressured us into an annual agreement, which I regret immensely. We had several technicians over the course of the year and they all did about the same thing - spent 5 mins and would *maybe* move one trap a few feet and then leave. We called a few months in after seeing no success and a manager came out. He set a trap and was successful in one day - then it went back to having a regular technician that did just about nothing. This manager was the only success we saw in a year plus. So not sure if it's just bad training for the technicians or what the problem was. In those 14 months, we spent just under $1,000 and had one successful trap, and a property in worse shape than ever before. They didn't try anything else, just the generic traps that we could easily buy and set ourselves. I feel like a chump for agreeing to a monthly service, and worse yet for letting the service go on, and that's on me. I just got tired of calling and trying to get better service. We did use this company for one time box elder removal and that was great. Would certainly not recommend a monthly service. Throwing money down the drain!

I am not sure why I am receiving this as the technician found out his equipment didn't work when he arrived. Said he might be able to come back same day. No word from your office, had to c/b 7/23. Appears per another email the work was done today 7/24. Originally set up for 7/17, no one called to tell me there were not coming. 7/17 apt was automatically rescheduled for 7/21. This was my first time to have to call you for help given the ants that appeared. I had hoped working with you would be smoother. And communicate when someone is not coming.

Awesome job! Hunter was great! On time and took care of our nest in the front yard. Fast and very efficient. He was friendly and explained the process and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.

Eric has been fantastic!! I've had annual services at a cost agreed upon through a Home & Garden Show promotion for over two years, and the house is virtually bug-free. I recently had a billing error; keep an eye on your automatic withdrawal payments for consistent billing. Management stepped in to sort things out, thank you Connor.
