Kid showed half hour early but we made the time work and was able to take care of what was needed we assumed. However we were told he would take the webs off the house and HE DID NOT. What was the point of walking around with the stick if you’re not gonna use it.

The outside of the home is fine however, they left granular particles all over our garage including our quite expensive newborn baby stroller. I had to spend 15 minutes cleaning out the stroller and now with these pest particles we do not feel safe putting our 2 month old in this stroller and seat. This is very unprofessional and we will most likely be looking for other pest services moving forward.

Tech was knowledgeable and very professional seemed to really care about the work he was doing and my satisfaction. He braved the oppressive heat as well as the crazy wasps. Appreciate his work, pleasant demeanor and making me feel like a valued customer. Wonderful job!

All of the people I’ve interacted with at EcoShield are kind and helpful. One that particularly stood out today was Carl. He listened carefully and patiently,, understood the issue completely, and offered a solution that worked out well for me. Carl is a true professional who genuinely cares and wants to help.

I didn’t even know I had service done today. Someone left the door hanger on my front door without any writing on it. I didn’t receive notice EcoShield was even coming today to my home other than a text saying “please rate your service from today”. I currently have ants in my kitchen coming in from what I assume is my window. This (if I received service today) was my second visit from EcoShield so I will wait and see if the ant problem continues with more visits from the company. So far I’m not very pleased with the service(s).

Spoke to Carl about spider and beetle activity inside and outside of my sliding glass door. He was great by noting my issues and setting up an appointment date for EcoShield to come back out to treat the issues. The call went very well and he was able to accommodate my schedule.

Spoke with Chenee about setting up service at our home. She was very helpful and informative. She made sure we had exactly what we needed to keep our house pest-free while keeping our dogs and pond fish safe.

Terrible - as it has been for over a year. Cobwebs every where and no treatment administered on the sides and back of the property because "it was too windy." Hasn't inspected nor treated the inside of the property in over a year. Never enough time between visit notification and actual visit to make arrangements to be home. I'm a fool for having paid for this service for so long. Please do NOT return.
