Update: 3 months later… and they are still repeatedly telling me they’ll call me in 24-48 hrs. The service I paid for still has not been completed. Should have gone with Allied in the end. Live and learn. Poor Attic insulation Service. The installation of our attic insulation was delayed and mismanaged to the point where we went weeks without insulation in our attic at all. Then, they came and completely botched the job. They didn’t seal the holes in the attic before blowing in insulation. In their own pictures I could see the floor joists, which tells me that the R-value for my attic has not been met. Due to them not sealing the holes or attic fans, my kids get cellulose insulation on them when I’m bathing them and my HVAC closet is full of insulation. I brought this to their attention and they even sent out two service managers that agreed the job wasn’t done well. It’s been about a month and I’ve gotten no word from them. I missed a call once and called back 5 minutes later with no answer. They don’t even answer their own call center requests. Absolutely disastrous and they already charged me for the service. I didn’t have issues with their pest service… but this has completely soured me on this company.

Issues: The sales sell a quarterly service and we agreed on a three times service. As everyone can see on my Google review. The service is not good. And also, I checked some other Google reviews said that it is not easy to cancel the service. I was wondering why I need to cancel the service. My service should end after three times. But according to all the past not favorable experiences with EcoShield. I called to end the service and suddenly understand why it is not easy. Past not favorable experiences listed here. 1.Service not done fully. 2.Long waiting time even if I called couple times on service not done fully. 3.Certain Inspectors come just to sell additional service. I still met a good inspector who examined the true reason so I paid for additional service for bee nest removals. But the follow up service is not good. Called customer service to end service experience is listed here for review. 1.I called to end service. Customer service said there are two subscriptions. She can only cancel one. I asked to talk to manager but with 7 minutes of discussion she is not willing to transfer to a manager. 2.Even with one subscriptions, it is not what sales person said that it is a quarterly service. The customer service said it is a yearly subscription with quarterly service. This is conflicting as always. And there is a cancellation fee around $250 dollars. General service & special additional service are separately managed. Very hard for customers. 3.She needs to transfer me to local office on another subscription which I don’t think I ever subscribed. Now, I suddenly understand the comments on Google about not easy to end service. Updates: I asked to talk to manager but the customer service just charge my termination fee immediately after the call without my permission.

Shane did a fantastic job! He was very professional and took care of a VERY angry Bald Face Hornets nest that appeared pretty much overnight. And its a BIIIIIIG nest.
