Issac was so easy to talk to, he did an excellent job eliminating muddobbers on my porch and around the house and barn., cleaned everything up. ..looks like new . Treated all our ant and spider areas, even ask if there was any additional areas I needed treated. I went on porch an hour after he left and already found some good size spiders dead. Glad we're giving EcoShield a try.

Quintin sold us the Ecoshield Plan. He was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the services offered. He spent a good deal of time explaining everything and walking outside to see the barn area. He worked hard throughout my neighborhood on a very hot day and came back the same afternoon after I had an oppurtunity to talk it over with my husband. Ghost was here for our initial treatment. He was very friendly and did a thorough explanation of what he did although I did not watch. He did not have the mice bait traps with him (placed cardboard sticky traps down) and had a tech return the next day. The 30 day followup was performed by Joshua Campbell. He also did a thorough job of explaining the treatment in an e-mail. My husband was home and talked with him and said he was doing a great job.

Ghost (our service tech) was super thoughtful and professional. He made sure to give me a heads up when he was on his way and arrived promptly and was very thorough in his work. Ghost was also very friendly and easy to work with. He took care to explain the process and answer any questions I had, and was very respectful of my home. The entire process so far has been really easy and I'm looking forward to having fewer pests in and around my home. John (our sales person) was also very helpful, informative and easy to work with, and not pushy during the sales process.

Frank was my technician for my touch up service that was needed. Frank was very professional, polite and efficient. He explained everything clearly that he was doing and was straight to the point. He was easy to talk to as well for general commentary & questions. Great experience overall & great technician —highly recommend him & would have him service my home again in the future.
