Nice guy! My horses enjoyed his presence too! I asked him at least 50 questions he once did not seem annoyed and took the time to explain what he was doing. Which I appreciated. Product smells so good. Service is 5 stars. Quality of product, I cannot judge due to just having the property taken care. Time will tell. Overall experience is 5 stars.

I was traveling for work but came home to spiderwebs all over house and around backyard. Did anyone even show up? Not the first time this has occurred. Will cancel service, when able.

Connor did a wonderful job. He was very thorough. Walked the areas with me and took great care in making sure every area that I was concerned about was treated. He also went above and beyond treating a wasp location that wasn’t easy. Thank you Connor. We appreciate your hard work.

WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE, Sales team lies to the letter, the guy who did my home did not do a good job at all they, no one mentioned about early termination fees, the sales girl talked for 1 hour to go with them thru solicitations and after giving a chance now am struck with these useless guys … I won’t recommend them to anyone …I regretted the next day after signing up with these guys, inspite of sending pictures to their sales team, nothing has been done. I spoke with Roger regarding the inspection versus a treatment. He also explained how the visit would be handled and how often I could expect the service. He was great and very helpful. He is also taking care of an issue with the payment amount. I am hopeful he will follow through and we have a good outcome. The 5 stars are for Roger. The service has yet to be done. My remarks re: payment was for my first treatment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be convinced to sign a contract for a year, told that if anything is wrong that they will come back out free of charge. While the technicians were nice face-to-face, it didn’t take care of our pest problems, and you will be told there will be more of a cost to upgrade for better service. Additionally, we found out the chemicals were not pet friendly, so they couldn’t spray inside the house. After the first spray, we found out the chemicals were also not food-safe (we have a garden around the house), so they switched us to the only thing they offered at that point… mint… which didn’t seem to have any effect at all. After a year of unsatisfactory results, we decided to cancel- the soonest we could. In July, we asked to process our last payment on date of service. We were told to call back later to cancel the account. We had to go through a long phone call and deny every offer they had to us- they wouldn’t just cancel our contract without this headache of a phone call. We asked them to process our last payment. The operator said they would. Now, in October, I received a text message out of the blue that they’re going to send us to a debt collector. I called the company, and they said they couldn’t bill our last payment because the card was already deleted when we canceled our account. We explained we asked for this twice before canceling our account and were told it’s taken care of… No apologies on their end. They billed us for thankfully the last time. I am convinced they gave us a scare about collections (with not even contacting us for 3 months) to stress us out. Also, never trust a door to door salesman. What a HORRIBLE company.
