Serge is the model of what excellent customer service looks like! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, polite and he listens to the customer! Would recommend the company based on the issue resolution, but really this review is all about Serge. If the rest of EcoTek's employees are as good then kudos to them and their leadership!

Ten out of ten would recommend EcoTek! They were easy to reach, I was able to schedule right over the phone and Serge came right away and on time! He let me walk him through the house and express all my concerns, they were all taken care of and I haven’t seen a bug in my house since!! So friendly as well!! Thank you EcoTek!!

They were able to come within a reasonable amount of time. Super nice technician. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had. He was quick and thorough. I signed up for the quarterly spray in order to stay ahead of the bugs. He was very knowledgeable about pest in our area. Best of all he didn't try to upsell me. Just stated that I would save with the year plan which I had already decided to purchase. I like this company and would recommend them to anyone who needs an exterminator.

I am very impressed with EcoTek Pest Control. I had a horrible yellow jacket problem and was trapped in the house. I couldn’t go outside without getting swarmed. Serge came and sprayed the yard. The next morning I was able to go outside and enjoy my yard and garden again! He was very professional and courteous. Thank you so very much!!

Serge has been servicing our home for about a year now, and he is always the kindest and thorough person. He works around our crazy busy family and always answers my millions of questions. He is always so great and I always feel comfortable having him in our home.
