We had Michael DePreta out to my mom’s house after a bat got inside, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and patient with my elderly mom, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Michael went above and beyond to handle the situation quickly and professionally—while keeping us calm and informed the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about him. Highly recommend Michael and Ehrlich for any pest control needs—definitely a 10-star experience!

I first of all, want to give a shout out to our technician Albert Powell. He has been our tech for over 20 years and is the best. He gets 5 stars My issue is with the scheduling process .It takes at least two phone calls only to find out that the company has automatically scheduled me. I've had the company reschedule my appointment without notification. It was easier when we could schedule with the technician.

Phil is truly the best. His response time is excellent and his knowledge of how to treat each situation is unmatched. Add in that he is always friendly and 5 stars really aren’t enough especially when compared to other service professionals.
