Horrible service, last straw, dead mice inside my house which I could smell rotting, no urgency to come and resolve the issue. Called three days in a row, to got an appointment in a week from then! Do you not understand! Calling for an appointment on other issues, useless! If they say they will send it to their “scheduling department” you will get lost with no return call for an appointment! Completely useless company!

I was looking to have a squirrel situation taken care of and David Demaria informed me that they don’t provide that service in this area. He talked to me about other pest control for the property. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Terrible experience. I have yellow jackets in my house and the technician never showed up and no one called me to explain why. When I called there was no explanation of why the technician didn't show up and they said they had to put me on a list to reschedule. The new appointment was 10 days later all the while yellow jackets are munching away at my house. So I called them to cancel service -- then they beg me to keep service if they can get someone out today. So I guess they will only provide good service if you threaten to cancel. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
