God Bless these wonderful people! Jacqueline took my frantic call 3 Sept after I was called to my parent’s house because of “flying insects” in their front room of the home. I arrived to an entire room filled with wasps!!! Jacqueline understood that my folks both have mobility challenges and are elderly (97 & 88 yrs old) so she immediately sent a message asking if the time slot she booked us for could be accelerated. I got a call from Steven the very next a.m. as he was on his way to the home (0800 hrs) He took care of all the issues, both in and outside, but warned that they are likely not finished harassing us and to call them back if any further activity is seen. Their thoughtfulness and concern is nothing short of a blessing! The age and health of my parents made this a situation that could have been potentially FATAL to either or both of them. I would recommend EHRLICH (and will) to anyone who will listen. They helped my most precious cargo and I’m forever grateful!!!!
