    What an asset Casey is to this company. I’ve been dealing with a nuisance of pigeons on my roof and he was able to come out on Wednesday, provide me a quote and outline the plan to get rid of my problem. Once we came to terms he was able to come out 2 days later on Friday and install everything needed. No more pigeons on my roof!! Thank you to your company, I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!

    Nicholas is a very friendly and professional person. He does a great job spraying the yard and asking me questions as to anything specific that I’ve noticed. I would recommend Envision Pest control.

    We've been receiving services from this company for over 3 years and I ended services today. Their communication for service appointments is unexceptionable. At one point we're were receiving more than 24hrs notice. Then, we started getting notifications with less than 24hrs, including the day of. I've just had two instances where techs showed up at my house without any notification. The previous incident before today's, I refused to let the tech in my house because I hadn't met him. He was aggressive trying to service our house, but I held my ground. He said I was one of several appts that day that hadn't received a notification. Fortunately, he didn't charge me, but he did tell me that the company's new policy is to charge for day-of cancelled appts. I called customer service and complained. I requested a new service and was told I would be notified when the techs could come. Today, I received a text msg from a tech that's previously serviced our home. He told me he was about 20-30 min away. I was confused because I hadn't received any prior notifications. He also told me that his interior applicator was broken and offered the chance for me to reschedule. I said requested to reschedule and he said he would tell the office. Within the hour, I was charged for cancelling my appt. Again, I had zero notification of this appt, and I only rescheduled because the tech offered it. I didn't realize I would still be charged. He didn't even come to my home! This is fraudulent. I called customer service again, and they confirmed their system sent me a text notification two days ago along with my number. I checked my msgs, including my spam/blocked/archived folders and did not receive anything. I cancelled my services effective immediately and requested a refund. At the time of this review, I haven't gotten confirmation of either. I'm beyond furious of their fraudulent practices, and I'm not the only review to state this. ---- On a different note, there's a review here regarding pay for the exterminators. We have a related experience. My husband worked temporarily for this company and didn't get paid. When he complained, the boss wrote him a check, that ended up being a bad one. Then my husband complained to corporate, who made a direct deposit payment. It took several weeks for him to receive his pay.

    I spoke with Jake and another young lady to rely a message to Casey last week to do a refund on a service I did not receive. The took $90 without my permission. He was supposed to call and still hasn't. There isn't any excuse to not get back with a customer.

    Peyton always does a great job, he’s friendly and explains the treatment and answers any questions we have. We are on a monthly plan and it’s worth the amount we pay. I like that if we have any issues in between treatments they will send someone out without any extra charges.
