Great experience working with Erdye’s. They were one of only a few inspection services that offered the type of inspection I needed, and they were by far the best. The office staff was extremely helpful and got me scheduled within a very timely manner. The inspector showed up within the window of time I was given so they were very punctual. They did a thorough inspection and they were able to provide me with a final inspection report same day. Excellent service and would not hesitate to reach out again for repeat business.

Way too expensive - $970 only covered two visits (which I was not told when I signed up), the third visit they charged me $125, so all this was for under two hours of work. And they didn't even have some kind of camera to check out a part of my attic that they couldn't actually get into. I will never call them again or recommend them to anyone. Their estimate said nothing about only 2 visits!

This was absolutely the best one who has done service. He was at my house for a length of time that showed he valued his work. In the past, it’s been in and out. Not today. He was efficient and did a great job.

Had a treatment done to our house by Jacob, he did a really great and thorough job!! Very nice and smooth process and now we have our house back after being riddled with carpenter ants and more!

No better best service crew in Green Bay & surrounding area! Cory came out to our house and did a fantastic job. I’m a 2nd generation believer in the magic of Werner. They will explain things to you, come out quickly when possible, they communicate well. I live on a sandy lot, which generates ants apparently. 1 summer my carpet looked like it was ALIVE because of the # of ants. They fixed it super quick-no problem since!! Great rates, especially if you get on a plan, with them. They do a great job, you will be pest free, and they are the ONLY company I would recommend in the Green Bay/Fox areas valley.

I have received very good service from Erdys regarding a mice problem. Nolan dd a thorough assessment and Jakub followed thru wth sealing entry areas & setting traps. Nolon followed up & reset traps with another followup scheduled. Nolan updated me immediately after he made his followup visit. I appreciate the commnication and follow thru as cntracted.

Update: They did not come out to make it right. Nor did I receive call back from Josh. Do not stand behind their treatments. I have paid quarterly services for the past year, over $500, I have never asked for additional treatment beyond the exterior spray. Today I called for a treatment on attached garage windows that have an unusual fly collection, I was told in order to come spray these windows I’d have to pay an additional $150. In my opinion the 5 min trip to spray my garage window once should be included in our quarterly service treatments, and if it’s a larger issue than an additional fee be discuss. Never in 20 years of having an exterminator has this not been standard procedure. Asked to speak to a manager told “she’s pretty inundated right now” sounds like I’m not the only one with issues with their service
