Alot of miscommunication with the sales rep and office staff. Make sure you know what you are paying for. Over $6000 to get squirrels out of my attic/ to be fair that included clean out and new insulation. Thought I had a year warranty for the squirrels but was told I don't. My own fault for not doing my homework before I signed the contract. I paid almost $2000 for 20 mousetraps and bait stations around my house. I already had bait stations from another company and the traps they set never went off. I panicked when the rep said my house was infested. On a positive note the young techs who did the work were excellent. I am glad it is done but I would recommend checking around before you choose them.

I believe Erdye's was able to rid our house of mice... which I'm thankful for. We paid to have traps set up outside the house upon their initial visit. I was told at the time that these would help control mice around the house. I wasn't told that these also posed a risk (and would kill) chipmunks as well as squirrels. That wasn't something I wanted to do, so I had them remove the outside traps/poison. Probably a good idea to let people know that up front so they don't pay for things they don't want to do. Otherwise, they did a good job.
