The exterminator was the kindest, most patient human ever. I am horrified of bugs and saw one the morning of my appointment and asked if he could come sooner. He came almost right away and was extremely thorough and thoughtful. I feel very secure with the treatment he did and his follow up plan.

I own a business and with all the construction going on in my neighborhood, I ended up with mice getting in. Called Evans on Wednesday and they guys came out today. They seemed very knowledgeable and were very pleasant. They’ll be coming back for a follow up in 2 weeks.

Arrived early which was great, service was quick and easy. They treated the house and explain the services that were provided. Recommended follow up treatment in two weeks just to be safe. Very happy with the experience and would recommend to others in the area.

Lately I been having a roach problem; my neighbor recommended Evans Pest Control. I scheduled them and they came out; Joe informed me of everything I needed to do. He sprayed the solution and told about the product. He will be back for a follow up. I’m very happy with the service.

I’m giving two stars because I’ve used Evans in the past for simple mice treatments and it was sufficient for several months. This past week I had a few rats trapped in my trash can and contacted Evans for treatment. The technician arrived, gave me some obvious advice (“your trash cans are gnarly”), and placed a single bait box. I attempted to follow up via call and text directly with the technician and the company to make sure the job was complete but received no response that day. Later, I learned from my tenants that the rats were still in the trash can. The next day, an operator finally responded and told me they don’t remove live rats — something I should have been told upfront so I could have contacted a company that would. In the end, I was charged nearly $200 for basic recommendations and one bait trap, and I still had to hire another service to address the original issue I called about. Very disappointing experience.

We had a couple red squirrels living in our soffit and wall cavity. Zakari came out, assessed the situation and within 24 hours got 2 of the three! Super friendly, super professional and highly recommended!

Pedro is the best exterminator out there! Evans Pest Control is lucky to have him as an employee. He’s treated two of my apartments and does an incredibly thorough job every visit!

Fast service. Kevin, our tech, was very thorough and personable. He explained everything he was doing and taught us things we didn’t know about mice. He moved appliances, checked stairs, closets,etc. I would highly recommend Evans Pest Control!!!!

Evana Pest Control came out as scheduled and treated my property for rodents. This was the initial visit so I can’t rate them on how well the problem has been taking care of. But they were professional and punctual!
