The owner, Fred, spent 1.5 hrs inspecting the house inside out, including crawl space and attic all at no charge. Received through email the next day a full detailed report of the problem and cost of treatment. We gave them the job which was done at our desired date. Everything went precisely as described and planned. We were extremely happy with their services.

Expert exterminators did a great job. Sahar in the office was very nice and did not pressure us at all unlike other companies. We had an ant problem and they came out for one treatment with the option for more. Xavier was the technician who came out and he was really nice. He warned that we may see ants for a while even after treatment but after 1 time, the ants were completely gone! Very good experience with this company and would highly recommend.

the workers have been very courteous, on time. The price was not cheap, but after seeing the number of times the workers come to do work in the heat of the summer, climbed up the attic, down in the crawspace, I think it is really worth it. They accidently chipped one corner of the attic access and had no issues fixing it with a smile. No discussion, no fuss. Highly recommend this service. Billing is also easy, good automatic reminder of the appointment. They also have 3 years guarantee if there is any issue with the rodent,, they will come back. Good experience with this company.

I recently changed extermination companies and have been extremely happy with Expert Exterminators. Their office support is on it and Victor, the tech, has been great. They’re always friendly, professional and eager to help. Pest issues can cause a bit of a panic but I’m stoked to have a go-to company on which I can rely. Fifteen minutes after Victor sprayed for external roaches (that were occasionally getting in the house), there were three dead out front. Success!

Fred Azimi did a fantastic job answering all our questions and completely preparing us for the tenting of our home for termites. He brought special bags and demonstrated how to bag our food. The workers that came were all very polite and our home was left in great condition when they left. They also put up screen barriers for rodents and did a very thorough job. We were very satisfied with this company’s professional , knowledgeable and friendly service. We would definitely recommend this company for termite work.
