Bill is wonderful! He is always on time and is a friendly guy. He is flexible with appointments as well, which is great for us because my husband and I have different hours and days of availability. So wonderful not having spiders in our house! He's knowledgeable and answers any questions we have. He has been our guy for 3 years now and we won't be calling anyone else. Bill is awesome, he quickly responded and showed up when found carpenter ants in our house(had an active nest). He laid out the options of what he could do and worked with us to find the best solution. (ended up going with the 3 treatment plan). He also gave us clear expectations of what was likely to happen after each treatment. The results so far have been great, we haven't seen any ants in the house for over 4 months.
