Called Family Shield from Boston for an emergency situation in Greenacres FL. Critters were discovered during our condo renovation. Technician Camillo promptly returned my call. He responded immediately to assess the situation. The next day Camillo called me (also text me photos) to report his findings and recommended remedial actions. Camillo quickly and professionally addressed the issue. Important to note, he did so without delaying the overall renovation project. Family Shield Pest Control. Is an excellent service. Jeff (I believe is the owner) came out personally to do the quote. There was an instant connection. Zack does my monthly service and he is courteous and professional. One month I wasn’t satisfied with the level of decrease in bug and they came out to diagnose the problem and set extra traps to fix it with no extra cost. I highly recommend.

Family Shield did a great job. We had rats move into our attic and they did a full restoration, replacing all the insulation and sealing all entry points. It was a messy job but they left it very clean. I highly recommend and Jeff is great to work with.
