Fast action is worth every penny for pest control and monthly maintenance. Today our technician Jose Ramirez was both informative and friendly. I really appreciated the text from him letting us know he was on his way. Because we have small children we had to wake up and get ready it was nice to have an exact time frame instead of a large window of waiting. Hoping Jose is or technician every time!

Please don't be scammed by these people; they'll suck you in with their reasonable prices, but they're very unprofessional and rude. When I spoke to the office and scheduled my service, they agreed to send the invoices to my landlord. Come the day of service, I get Alex, who was extremely rude and tells me we can't start service without a credit card on file, despite the agreement I had made when signing up. Well, whoever he talked to told him They needed the credit card information. No problem, I got my landlord on the phone, and he gave Alex his credit card number. Alex did the service, and then I started getting messages. Our account is past due, which we didn't understand. They have two ways they could have collected payment: one, they have a "credit card on file," or two, they send the invoice just like every other company we deal with, and their accountant pays it. Well, today was our next day of service. I get a voice message saying they can't do service for nonpayment. So I spoke to Olivia, who was rude and told me they were closing out your account. I was confused as to why, when you have a credit card on file, she proceeded to tell me they don't have an expiration date for the credit card on file. How is that our fault? YOUR technician didn't do his job and collect it. I told her, "No problem, I can get that." But if she was going to be rude, we don't need to go any further. She apologized but then started reading me other people's information and phone numbers attached to my account. While I'm waiting for my landlord to respond, I go check to see if they collected my bail boxes, so they already had closed my account. Instead of resolving an issue on their end, now they have the audacity to charge us for ending our contract early. NO, your company ended it without trying to resolve the simple issue of just asking for an expiration date, I will be contacting consumer affairs and BBB. This is a horrible way to treat customers over your own error. UPDATE: I still haven't received a call to discuss this matter; they can take the time to reply to my review.

They provide great service at a very reasonable price! Harry, who has been completing the services for us has been awesome. He is very professional and has great communication. He also took the time to review the best course of action for a small flea problem and moved around his schedule to accommodate. Would definitely recommend.

Well we got rid of our other pest service. (Aptive) For one they had different pest technician every time and they never worked by the schedule that they setup. I have noticed Fast Action doing some of my neighbors homes and they have been quiet happy with the service and by the way the same technician whom I have talked to several times. I'm retired and have been waiting for Jose Ramirez the Fast Action Technician to show up to my neighbors homes. It just so happened that there was a knock on the door and low and behold it was Cole Rich a representative from Fast Action. He's a very polite young fella I invited him in and he gave me a deal we couldn't refuse and guess what Jose is going to be our technician every other month. So Thank you Cole for showing up when you did. We just had our start up service and Mateo did more than we have ever seen our prior pest service ever do. he was very thorough cleaning up any and all cobwebs and spraying for all the bugs we had living in and around our property. Thank You Mateo for a job well done. And thank you Fast Action for the first time start up free service.

This is my first pest control service as a new homeowner and I had the great pleasure of meeting Jose Ramirez. My family and I had our initial service today and even with it pouring rain outside, Jose still came through and got the job done. We are extremely thankful and happy with the service. Shoutout to Jose for being very attentive and friendly. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for great service!

Signed up with them back in the Spring for our new construction home. We lived in the home for about 5 months and noticed ants finding their way inside. We signed up via the salesmen that came to our door. He was kind, polite and seemed genuinely interested in gaining our business. Door to door salesmen can be annoying, but this guy wasn't. The ants cleared up right away after our first service. A couple months ago I noticed an ant colony had taken residence with my roses. The tech came out and cleared them out without harming my roses. I was amazed how it went from a full on ant infestation in the roots of my roses to completely cleared in a matter of days. My roses are now thriving! Our tech, Mateo, is punctual and efficient. He is always careful to avoid anything in my kitchen garden or my sensitive flower beds. I feel like pest control is a wise investment to avoid costs associated with pest damage, and we can eat outside without worrying about attracting pests.

Do not let these guys repair your home. They do terrible work. Tried to say they were finished three times and had to have them come back to finish and redo big parts of the repair. They will lie and try to gas light you into thinking the did nothing wrong but work is not done right…. See even there response they contradict themselves saying it was done and then saying they will come back out. The photos are things they missed in the inspection and things they said that were fixed and had to have them come out again. Do not use them they are not trustworthy….
