Do not use this company. I had them for 2 years and they never got rid of the ant problem. I tried to cancel the service and they talked me into using better chemicals from them and it still didn't work. So I tried to cancel the service since I moved and they told me I still had to pay for the next service since it was within 30 days. So even though I told them I do not live at the address and do not have money they still came and charged me. This company loves their hidden terms and conditions so make sure you know what you are getting into. The company is not easy to work with. The techs are not the problem it is the business practices that are the problem.

Steven Collis did an amazing job! He arrived and went right to work servicing my house inside and out and explained everything he would treat. He is friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Evan for his great work on the wasp nest hiding in my bathroom window. He went above and beyond to take care of it. I really appreciate how he took the time to make sure every area was treated thoroughly and explained what he was doing along the way. His professionalism and attention to detail was noticeable and it's clear he truly cares about doing the job right. Thank you!

As a professional florist, I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Fenix Pest Control. Despite being told that no harmful products would be used, they told me today they applied Talstar Pro (bifenthrin) around my property—a pesticide that is supposed to be safe but also has well-documented risks of plant damage from drift, application error or runoff. Within days, my healthy hydrangeas, lilacs, viburnum, peonies and fruit trees showed signs of chemical stress including leaf curl, browning, and overall dieback…classic symptoms of phytotoxicity. These were well-maintained plants, and the damage was spot on with timeline and in my eyes undeniable. All my other flowers and plants that were not treated in the treated area are thriving. When I reported the issue, I was told they would either waive a $201 cancellation fee or keep me locked into the contract and offer a service credit instead of replacing the damaged plants outright. They also refused to acknowledge any responsibility, claiming the product was “safe,” despite EPA label warnings and university research showing otherwise. To make matters worse, they’re actively soliciting door-to-door in Tiffin without a city permit, which I confirmed is required, and they have been told they need one. This company lacks accountability and transparency, and I would not recommend their services, especially if you value your landscaping or expect honest business practices. These are the photos after treatment and also photos of them being healthy before “treatment.” You can decide for yourself.

Tech came on time, was courtesy & friendly. Explained what he was going to do, asked if we had any questions then preformed the service. I can really tell this company cares about the people they serve, they want to make sure you get the best possible service out there from start to finish! I am so glad we chose Fenix Pest Control! Photo was the reason I called Fenix Pest Control because umm… no thanks!!
