I have had two different snakes (both 3’ long black racers) in my new home. One came on a Saturday and the next showed up the following day! He was polite, understanding, educational, and GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY!!! I would never even consider using ANYONE else. I cannot praise this man enough. Honestly - he is literally THE BEST!

I had the unfortunate experience of an opossum perishing inside my a/c unit. I couldn’t find it, BUT OH could I smell it.I had to evacuate my home; The stink of death was tangible, pungent, unreal. But Luke was unphased. He suited up with a headlamp and ventured into the crawlspace of my historic home.Then he carefully removed the a/c panels, one by one. He identified the source of death smell at impressive speed and efficiency. He actually visited my house TWICE in the same day, because the critter died on the side of the a/c unit with the electrical (of course it did). But once that panel was opened, I didn’t want to see such horrors, and Luke immediately returned to my home to remove the body.Thank you, Luke!!!! My hero.

Can’t say enough about the service Luke provides! We had a stubborn rodent in our attic which took weeks to find but Luke was nothing but understanding and accommodating when it came to helping us find it and close up the house so it didn’t happen again.
