Very happy with the service we got from Max Floyd! We suddenly noticed loud critter noises from our attic- sounded like squirrels. Contacted several vendors and Max responded within 30 min. of my initial text message. Next day he did an inspection (he said mice, not squirrels), set traps & identified likely entry points. He returned 2days later to check traps (2mice). He followed up with plugging all potential entry points& did a nice, neat job. At all times he was polite and professional, showed up and communicated if he was as delayed. Best of all- critter noises are gone. Highly recommended!

All I can say is THANK YOU MAX. I cannot recommend Max enough, we had a raccoon problem and after calling 10+ people, I was referred to Max. Best call we ever made, he came here day of, set up traps, monitored them daily (including weekends) and was so incredibly helpful and responsive. Once we caught the raccoons, he helped us come up with a more permanent solution and installed it the next day. He's a hard worker, extremely helpful, and it's clear he knows exactly what he's doing.

I highly recommend Floyd's Pest and Wildlife Control. Max was so helpful in dealing with bats in our attic. His made time to get this done immediately because we had a contractor stop work until the bats were gone. He either answers the phone right away or got back to us within the hour. He is a very hard working young man. His price was very reasonable. The bats are gone and the contractor is back to work. Thanks Max! Best service out there!
