Very well organized and seamless from sign up all the way to receiving services each month. I love the reminder text I receive a few days prior to service date. We’ve had the same employee spray our home the second Monday of every month. Korrey is very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Definitely recommend this company!

From my experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better service man, he was welcoming and friendly! Very personable and kind. He answered all the question I pestered him with, he was calm with me and explained everything he was doing in thorough detail, he didn’t HAVE to but he chose to! If I ever have issues in the future I will definitely be asking for him personally!!

Korrey was a great inspector for the company. I have zero complaints. He showed up in a timely manner and was all smiles throughout the process. I'm the NEW manager of the Dixie Plaza Hotel in Tazewell TN and we just hired these guys to exterminate the hotel for us and they did an excellent job. He was on the property for about 3 hours and was very thorough and patient. He took his time and made sure everything was done in each room, the office, the laundry room and the storage areas and we were VERY PLEASED with his work and look forward to our 12 month contract with them.
