Logan took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. He worked thoroughly and efficiently, paying attention to the details to ensure everything was done right. I truly appreciate his respectful and friendly attitude—it made the whole experience stress-free. I feel confident knowing my home and backyard is well taken care of. Unprofessional Service and No Follow-Up Fox Pest Control has been extremely unprofessional. I was promised service and waited at home all day, but no one showed up. I’m disabled, and this caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Despite repeated calls where I was assured a supervisor would contact me, no one ever followed up. My card continues to be charged even though I haven’t received the services I’m paying for. It’s been over a month since they promised me mattress covers, which I still haven’t received. This feels like a rip-off. I’ve now demanded they discontinue my service and refund my money. I would strongly caution others to avoid this company based on my experience.

I received my first service from Fox Pest Control in July of this year. My tech was Logan. He showed up on time with a very pleasant attitude. He started by confirming everything with me and helping me understand more what I signed up for in my service. After thoroughly communicating, he jumped right in and got to work, which I appreciate so much. I feel like he went above and beyond and took his time after he noticed how bad my situation was. I couldn’t have asked for more. Logan made pleasant conversation throughout his service and was a friendly face. Hopefully they send him to my spot more often, if not a tech who’s just like him. He made me feel more confident in signing up for pest control.

Called ahead. Polite and professional . Respectful of home, very thorough. (Christopher Brooks). I apologize forgetting the front desk persons name. I believe it was Alice. She went the extra mile. It was Friday @. 2pm . I had gross infestation of black flies. My entire dining room and my kitchen windows solid lines of flies. At first, I was told it wouldn’t be until Friday. It got so bad they were sitting on my carpet and kitchen floors in groups. She said let me see what I can do. She called me back and found someone to come out that Friday. Fantastic! She was great!

Charlie came to our home and did a thorough inspection and treatment. He was very professional and courteous. This was very much appreciated because we have had a lot going on the last couple of weeks including health issues and repairs for an unexpected problem. I feel confident that he will take care of the issues he treated. I would definitely recommend Charlie and Fox Pest Control.

I really appreciated Anton this morning! He did an amazing job. He explained everything really well and was very patient with us. I could tell that he was very hardworking and thoroughly inspected my home. Thank you Anton!

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Fox Pest Control. I was told by their contractor, Cameron, that services would be provided monthly and that there would be no cancellation fee if a 1st service wasn't completed. That turned out to be a complete lie. The technician who came to inspect my property did absolutely nothing, he stayed in his truck, took some photos, and then left saying he'd come back another day because he "didn’t have equipment." He never returned, and yet they had the nerve to mark the service as completed. That’s blatant dishonesty. When I called to cancel and explained what happened, I was still charged. I paid $250 plus monthly fees for lazy, unprofessional work that never actually happened. This company is a scam and operates on fraudulent practices. I felt completely lied to and taken advantage of. Avoid Fox Pest Control at all costs

Logan came out and explained the contact and treatment in great detail. I let him know that we had cancelled our contract with Fox but yesterday Dominic came also with a wealth of knowledge and I unequivocally signed back up. So thankful I did and it was absolutely great encountering these 2 young gentlemen.

We had Marcus out today for our quarterly inspection, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was polite, courteous, personable, and kind—and he even complimented our projector setup in the living room, which totally made our day! We’ve been with Fox Pest Control since around July, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. I’ve never worked with a company that makes you feel like you're welcoming a friend or family member into your home rather than just being another customer. It’s genuinely refreshing.

Tyrone Jackson was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the Home Protection and Sentricon Termite plans in detail. He did a thorough inspection and proceeded to treat my home with the necessary products to protect from common household insects, as well as install termite bait stations around the perimeter of my home. I recommend Fox Pest Control, and I hope your technician is as knowledgeable as Tyrone.

Anton was my service technician yesterday and for the prior service call. He is awesome!!! He’s knowledgeable, professional, personable, detail- oriented and thorough!!! It’s obvious that he truly cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his job.

Martin has always did a great job for us. Very informative and is concerned about of needs. He is a fine you man. He set a good example of a hard and courteous worker. A+

Anton came over and was super helpful. He asked some questions then explained what he was doing and made sure to let me know that some of the product had to be placed in careful locations so my cats couldn't get to it. He was friendly and informative and I seemed to be very thorough.

Kevin at Fox is amazing!! He is friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything he’s doing. You can tell he really cares about his customers and their homes. He goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and that our pest problems are handled safely and thoroughly. It’s such a relief to have someone so trustworthy taking care of things. Highly recommend!

Nik is always professional and concerned with the pets (keeps gate closed if garage is open, checks before spraying). He communicates well about arrival times and is always willing to check in unusual areas for pests, including fruit flies. I know I live in South Louisiana, but I don’t have to worry about fruit flies and all the other little critters thanks to Nik. I am comfortable giving him the codes to enter my house if I’m not there. It is employees like him that make Fox Pest Control the best in Baton Touge.
