Ricardo Jean (The Man, The Myth, The Legend)……..arrived at our office building with one goal in mind…..NO PESTS ON MY WATCH. He concurred the World's largest wasp nest ever seen by mankind with a ferocious “today is not your day” attitude. Not a bead of sweat could be seen on Ricardo’s forehead as he entered the battlefield riddled with forged steel penetrating stingers. With adrenaline filled veins, Ricardo scaled what seemed to be a 298-foot ladder, stared down the highly trained Brazilian Jitsu family of wasps, and willed the life out of each and every beast with a barreling grumble that could only be replicated by Sam Elliot in Roadhouse. Word has traveled like Grandmother’s in a hair salon, and not a single wasp has generated enough fortitude to fly within a metric mile of our office. We shall all sleep tonight like a retired 18-year-old Labrador Retriever thanks to Ricardo Jean. Thank you!!

I was looking forward to the PHONE CALL that was stated would happen when Gabriel arrived, but did not get it. Therefore I was home, he came, he left and I never got to speak with him. I'm sure he did a fine job, but the text said he'd call, so that was what I expected. Thanks.

The technition was knowledgeable and very accommodating! Came mid morning which I appreciated—-I did not care for the fact that when I called and asked if my appointment was in the a.m. or the p.m. they would not confirm that! I would think they would kind of have an idea where their technicians were during the day—- having to stay home all day for a half hour appointment is aggravating!!! Otherwise, I thought the technician was very nice and had good advice !

Fox Pest has always been great for us and this year, after an inspection, we had them perform a total attic remediation. We knew it needed to be done so we were ok with price they quoted us for. They also offer payment plans for this. Brandon and Jay were our technicians for this service and they were awesome. Super friendly, outgoing and courteous and were flexible and considerate with timing. They did a very thorough job with everything and we are very happy. Thanks!

Benjamin Frost did a top notch job. You can tell he does a thorough job from the time he parks the truck to when he leaves. Upon arrival the first thing he did was follow up with me from the previous visit of another technician to see if my previous issues had been resolved. He inspected and determined he needed to re-treat and did just that. He then made sure I understood everything and suggested a follow up to make sure the issue was handled. Benjamin goes above and beyond, is very knowledgeable, and a really great technician. Thanks to Ben and Fox Pest!

I would never use this Company! Horrible Service! On the week of August 18th COLTON JOYCE solicited my house for service. I told him I would think about it and let him know within a day of my decision. I reached out to COLTON JOYCE letting him know I was not interested via a text and phone conversation on August 20th, 2025. He said he understood and would make sure I wouldn't receive any service. COLTON JOYCE, did not rely the message to anyone else. So unethical and unprofessional! Do not do business with this guy! FOX Pest Control came to my house to preform service on September 30th. This was not authorized. I also texted COLTON JOYCE numerous times with zero response! I've called the office 3 times to verify that they know I never wanted their service! Do not waste your time! I've submitted a picture of my text messages to COLTON JOYCE below as proof! He never responded of course!

Opened a new two year contract with these people on 10/18/25 and the rep gave complete assurance they could come out today, Monday 10/20/25 between 5:30 and 6pm. Got a call today letting me know they could not honor their word and they would not be able to come out. I had already rearranged my evening to accommodate this only to find out what happened was essentially bait and switch to get the contract. I then got this text: Hello, this is Ethan with Fox Pest Control. I apologize for the inconvenience but we will be unable to honor a 5:30 time slot for today. If you wish to cancel your contract I can make a note to get that processed and any charges that may have been made reversed, or I can get you scheduled on a Saturday during our service hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm. I’m sorry for the mixup but during our fall and winter seasons we don’t have an approved service window for that time slot. To which I responded with this: If you can’t keep your word now i have zero confidence you will be able to in the future. Refund all charges and cancel the contract. It’s mind numbing to me that you would literally throw a two year contract and ongoing business away over this. I manage 20 people and if any of my employees make a promise then we honor it, period, then talk through how we don’t make the same mistake again. That your company would literally throw business away and not follow-through on your words speaks volumes. Any company that employs a bait and switch tactic like this, will not keep their word, and would rather throw a customer away because they refuse to actually follow-through with what they say, like I said in my response above speaks volumes about who they are and how much integrity they have a company. Would never recommend these guys, strongly suggest looking elsewhere with a more reputable business.

I have consistently had positive experiences with Fox Pest Control. Whenever we encounter a building that needs attention, they promptly arrange an inspection and efficiently address the issue. Dan, the account manager, excels at coordinating the details, while technician Brad takes the time to answer tenant inquiries and share valuable insights on pest management and prevention, all while being respectful in their homes. Would highly recommend.

This is the BEST company! We had a mice situation and had no idea the extent of it. The three guys we dealt with could not have been more professional, kind, informative and hard working. From day one when the inspector (JOHNNY GRIFFIN) came to our house and took pictures and explained everything so well and we knew we made the right choice with this company. Then SETH DANCA came to do the work, and let me tell you it was a lot of work. He is such a hard worker. Explained everything he was doing and always went above and beyond. Some of the job required two people and BRANDON FOISEY was the other person. And he was just as hardworking, friendly and informative as Seth. I really can’t talk enough about this company and the three men that came to rescue us from these dang mice! If you want a good company with good workers definitely call them! Thank you Johnny, Seth and Brandon for all your hard work.
