I'm happy to see others had a good experience. I on the other hand did not. If I had to sum up my experience based on what all the good reviews have said, I would say it looked as if no one even showed up. Thanks for trying. At least I opted out of my contract enough to save a little money.

Roni and Robert were both courteous and professional. They answered my questions and my concerns, and even were flexible when dealing with my pets. They willingly held off for 5 minutes to allow me to allow my pets outside to use the backyard prior to them servicing the area. They acted and treated my home with the respect that you would hope someone would treat their own home. It definitely made me feel like they cared about the service and that this was not just another day-to-day job for them

They were prompt on scheduling service when we seen pests in our yard! They came, communicated great, sent out a contract ahead of time, and explained well what all they did as they were doing it! Even sent a detailed report when finished! We dealt with Keldon and he was very respectful. I can’t wait to continue using them!

Hasn't been any spider webs by the back door , used to have alot all the way to the top of the house outside the back door in the corner of house . So nice when they come back again, will have them concentrate by outside electrical outlet, other than that things are great, have not seen any spiders in the house. How great he did last time he was here, also not too many pests or mosquitos. Can go outside for quite awhile without getting bitten. Thank you for your services!!! Very nice people, very polite ,listened to my questions, gave me time to let my dog out first before he started, Matthew was very polite, explained everything to me, very professional. Both technician I have had so far are wonderful, caring people , they have done a great job!!! . A Thank you both for being so polite and you both know what you are doing!! Parker did an outstanding job! He was very thorough even finding problem areas that I was unaware of. Parker communicated well with us and exhibited a strong work ethic.
