Tim came this week and swiftly took care of a wasps nest at our house. Before he started, he explained what exactly he’d be doing, why he’d be doing it, and when to expect it to be finished. After about 20 minutes, he came back to let me know he was finished and found/removed a few more nests around the house that I hadn’t noticed yet! Tim was excellent and I’d refer his services to anyone in need of them.

They were able to get me scheduled quickly and it was super easy. Tim came out and took care of my carpenter ant problem. Tim was super friendly too. I'd recommend him

We just bought a house and were seeing at least 1 cockroach a day, and on multiple floors of the house. Freedom Pest Control was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Tim was our technician and he was very friendly and explained the treatment before he did anything. He suggested we would need 2 treatments to really take care of the bugs. After the first treatment I think I saw only 1 or 2 roaches. Second treatment seems to have taken care of them completely. Cost was about what I would expect. Overall I'm pretty happy with the result.

So glad to have Awesome Tim come out to help us out! It’s never fun to need pest control, but he did such a great job of explaining the process, throughly checking our property, and outlining next steps. We are so grateful!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I had mice in our house and they came out the same day! Tim did an awesome job of identifying entry points and explaining to me how they were getting inside and how to fix the issue. I was also impressed that he did not try to upsell me on anything or push for other rodent control contracts. I was pleasantly surprised. Howard and Tim both are wonderful to work with!
