Very disappointed in their customer service. They replaced my large patio cover a year and a half ago due to wood rot damage. They replaced all the wood and replaced the top covered wood lattice with a vinyl/plastic lattice and already the vinyl/plastic lattice is cracking and falling/hanging down in several spots. I called them to see what their warranty was so we could fix it or replace it since its still fairly new. They told me their warranty is only good for 1 year. The rep on the phone mentioned he would however bring it up to his manager and have him call me back to see what they could do for me. To my surprise the manager calls me back to tell me "Sorry, no we don't do that". Really? It was 7K job too. What a joke and waste of money. You have been warned. I don't recommend doing business with these guys as the work they do is only good for a year and half before the materials they use falls apart on you. Such garbage. The fact they have no care either really shows who they are as a business.
