Andrew was very professional, quick, and efficient. I was happy he called 5 minutes before arriving to let me know to bring my 4 dogs in and gave the timeline around how long to keep them indoors after the service was completed. I've immediately seen the drop in number of mosquitoes and believe it has helped with fleas as well. Highly recommend!

The Service Tech was wonderful. I was so glad that we were delayed and I was able to meet him. He was very thorough and explained everything he did and let me know when he was leaving, made sure that I knew to contact Green when we received a contract. Which we signed one right after he left. I had a termite inspection done (inside and outside). The technician seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. He also provided me with the pricing, though I personally found it a bit on the higher side. One thing I really didn’t like was that he walked around the house in his shoes, which had visible mud marks. He did remove them when I asked, but I think wearing shoe covers should be standard and more professional. Also, I’m not sure where he parked since he just walked up to the house out of nowhere, which felt a bit odd. Overall, good inspection, but some room for improvement.

Today was our first time using Getum for our annual termite inspection and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The technician Phillip Lee was professional and courteous.
