Great local honest company. They don't oversell and are straightforward Michele is great to work with and is very responsive

They told me they were going to spray poison into the walls and I should leave. When I came back there were 12 holes drilled Into my walls with shoddy workmanship of slapping on plaster all over it. We now have to resand/repaint the walls. They also only covered holes where I said I saw holes or mice. They did no proactive work to find and cover holes. They also left paint/dust all over the floors and pieces of the steel wool to cover the holes everywhere. They had NO care for my home.

This company is ridiculous. First time I have an appointment made, they don't show up but say they did. The second time they give me a huge range of time, basically a whole day and they do show up. The exterminator was great and says he'll be back one week from now. They never confirm the appointment. One week rolls around, I called them when they open to see if they're coming or not, they say they'll come between 10-3am. Well turns out they showed up at 9:11am the exact time I wasn't home (I was back within ten minutes of that time). When I asked to schedule a new one, they said they can't until 24 hours from now? Why, who knows. Now who knows when they'll show up for there next appointment. The amount of hoops they're having me jump through is ridiculous.

I strongly recommend reading the one-star reviews before making a decision about this company. The way they handle appointments is quite frustrating. They provided the appointment time as a five-hour window the day before the day of appointment (the customer service said they couldn't give me the time when i scheduled it), which is pretty inconvenient . Even with this window, I experienced an issue where the exterminator arrived late with no notice. They are so disrespectful of your time.

I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to speak up when another company crosses the line. I recently completed a bed bug job where the customer was happy with my work — I have a long-standing reputation and maintain a 5.0 rating across platforms. Shortly after, this company showed up uninvited and began undermining my work by telling the client that I needed to retrain my technicians. In my opinion, this wasn’t just unprofessional — it was a deliberate attempt to discredit a competitor to gain business. From what I’ve seen, this company often uses tactics like bad-mouthing others instead of letting their work speak for itself. That kind of approach says a lot about their business ethics. I strongly encourage anyone considering them to look carefully at their reviews, their results, and the way they treat others in the industry. Respect and integrity matter — and unfortunately, I didn’t see that here. Aside from that they used the cheapest chemicals that bed bugs are already resistant to so stay away from this scrupulous scam company
