We were nervous about who we chose for services because we knew we wanted to do a long term plan. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Go Forth and you will be too! When I initially called, the rep was so kind and helpful. She helped us select the right plan for our needs. The amazing customer service didn’t stop there though! I forgot that our technician was coming to inspect/treat the day of. Despite our dogs barking, our toddlers playing, me putting away groceries and cleaning, Jordan still managed to do an amazing job! He was so understanding, informative, friendly and very knowledgeable. He made sure he addressed every area and issue we had even if it meant talking over our dogs! If you want experience, professionalism and kindness when it comes to who you’re trusting with your home, Go Forth is the answer! We have had few technicians from go-forth home service to come to our house to perform the service. Jonathan is the best. He called us 20 minutes prior. When he arrived he was patient, very easy to communicate with. When he worked on our property, he was more detailed oriented than others. He paid attention to all my concerns. He also assured me that the company would take care of their customers. Made me feel more comfortable to stay with go-forth knowing any my problems will be taken care of. He even took his time to introduce company’s different plans to our home care lady. I think Go-forth shall be very proud to has an employee like Jonathan.

My technician Jordan has been Awesome!!! He answered all my questions and was was very polite. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I could tell he cares about his customers. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist answered the phone on the 3rd ring. She was very patient with me and helped me set up for next day. I would greatly recommend him and the company.

Mr. Jordan was amazing today and very thorough. He was very detailed about the treatment for today and and precautions to take after treatment. Had Tech Ben out today and he was amazing as well. Jordan did an amazing job. However, one of the best things was his personality and customer service. He actually took the time to ring my doorbell to see if we had anything needing addressing and once more to inform us of a possible issue. I work from home and I can say that nobody else has done this before. If I could he’d get 10⭐️.

I’ve been battling with ants for about a year. After buying and trying multiple pesticides to no avail, i decided to give Go-Forth a call. Jordan was the technician that came out and he was very helpful and informative. He was also easy to work with, it felt like I already knew him. Great job Go Forth!

Jordan was very knowledgeable of our home needs, and I’ll rate him 10/10 if I could. He was attentive to every single corner in site and made sure no area was left untouched. My only issue is the office scheduled the technician within the time range I expressed I would not be available. I had to leave work early to ensure I could keep my appointment. If this continues I will not be able to continue with this company.

Jonathan came out today. He was very polite and informative. He explained everything that he was going to do, and made sure I didn't have any questions. When he was finished he told me all the concerns he had. He said someone will call to schedule a 10 day follow up. Jonathan's customer service was all around 100%.

I reached out to Fort Home Services due to recurring a phorid fly infestation. The representative was able to set up my account and schedule a same day service. The technician Jonathan reached out before arriving to give me a heads up. Jonathan was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and attention to detail.

Garbage company and garbage customer service! There is no follow through with scheduling unless you call them first every single time! It’s so bad that in the final 2 months of my contract nobody ever showed up nor reached out to me about setting up anything. I was told that if I did not set up a specific date and time they would automatically put you on the schedule by default, this NEVER HAPPENED, EVER, during the entire year I used go forth! The employees are wonderful and cannot say enough about them, but the scheduling absolutely sucks and I wouldn’t use them again, there are also cheaper options for what you’re actually paying for, they seem higher than most for what you actually get

My most recent appointment was great. My tech, Jordan, was awesome! He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the service he provided! He definitely makes me confident that I’m receiving the best service possible.

Jordan is awesome. Super friendly, informative, and always does a fantastic job. He also took care of an active hornets nest that I didn’t know was in the eaves during a routine visit, which was a big relief and saved me from a lot of headaches later on.

Jordan Tindal came out today and serviced our home and made sure to ask about any issues we were experiencing and made sure to explain what he saw and did to address all issues. He was very friendly and went out of his way to have a conversation as he worked! Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience
