Said they would be there between hours of 1-5 pm. Sends a TEXT at 4:25 PM saying they won’t be able to make and it cannot reschedule at this time. Letting me know 35 minutes prior to the end of their arrival window when I took the entire afternoon off work and waited all afternoon. Other competitors in the area closed in 5 minutes, too late to reschedule elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend their poor professionalism and reliability.

I called The local Godfather and was sent to a dispatch center at 0956. At 1515 after not getting a call back I called again. It is 1402 THE NEXT DAY. Still no call. No one even had the decency to just say they were busy. I haven’t even been offered the next available appointment. Don’t bother even calling these people.

Had a very good experience with Godfather's Exterminating, Inc when they came to spray our business inside and outside. They are very affordable for the services they provide, very kind and very knowledgeable about what they're doing. Excited to keep doing business with them!

We had a carpenter ant issue and Jeron took care of it and our worries! He took time to educate us on the issue, eased our concerns and exterminated the problem! Hands down the best pest control service in the St. Cloud area.

Same complaint others have posted. Scheduled 2appts. The first one was a no show. They didn't assign a tech apparently. The second one was from 1-230p and at 3p the tech texted he wasn't coming because he wasn't in my area today. He told me it was a free inspection and asked what did i expect when i reached out to him. 0 out of 5 stars if i could.
