Love Green Pest!! They eradicated a huge yellow jacket issue we had last year, and have been our pest control ever since! We are extremely pleased with their services. The yellow jacket issue was not a simple fix, and they came out repeatedly until the problem was resolved. We had thousands, so it was no easy job. They service our home every quarter, and we have been rodent/bug free since then. Based on the severity of last years yellow jacket issue, I thought for sure we’d have them again this year. But thanks to Green Pest, we are bee free!!

Our technician, Ephrem Alemayehu, thoroughly and quickly killed the yellow jacket nest under our kitchen addition. We were concerned because we didn't know it was there and one of the wasps stung a Contractor. Green Pest was able to come the next day for a reasonable price and eradicate the nest. Ephrem came on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did it. He pulled everything from the area to make sure that there were no other nest openings. Great job, great technician and a reasonable price.

My service technician, Dominic of Green Pest was friendly, professional and expeditious in completing a beehive removal. He was pleasantly patient in answering my many questions about the process before, during and after. I appreciate his service.

John arrived early to treat my property for Asian roaches and added protection against other bug pests. Highly knowledgeable about pest control treatment and perform numerous different treatments for full protection. He let me know that he would be my service technician thruout the contract period which was welcome news for me. His pleasant, confident manner makes him a tremendous asset to Green Pest Services.

Eric was amazing. His second visit in a week and he inspected everywhere and really worked hard to place traps in the “path” of our mice. He is so smart and also kind and good at handling my fear while making sure he covers all the places of issue. Eric is just fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of how conscientious and thorough he is.

I am not sure how to express my dissatisfaction of the service I received from Chris and Kenneth, both VERY charming guys. Chris, a very knowledgeable technician, inflated the price and then lowered it if I signed the contract immediately. I postponed it to a few days later when I had inspection from other companies. Their initial price was compatible with Chris' 2nd offer. Yet, against my instinct, I went with Chris. On Sat Aug 30 around 10:00am I received a message that I have an appointment for the treatment. I had no prior notice. Kenneth was at the door a few minutes later. He started to do the job. But he was not given the full description of the job details. He did not know he was to install bait station in the basement. Nonetheless, he came inside and foamed the area ONLY. Chris told me that they were going to install Recruit bait stations. Next, they left the affected areas without proper restoration. I asked Kenneth and and his crew (one man) shoved the sand and soil with their feet. It is very strange that a reputable company would process a treatment so poorly.

When I set up my first appointment I was very pessimistic to be honest. What we were dealing with was a full on infestation and it was maddening to deal with. I had tried two other exterminators before with literally no results. This time with Green Pest Services I was happy to have been proven wrong. It was easy to set up an appointment, their techs are always polite and courteous and I absolutely love that they send you a text with the date and time of your next treatment. I couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you were like me and had very little hope or low expectations to get rid of the pests in your home. I'm glad I chose them because they are fantastic all around.
