Hector is the best!! We had a rodent problem in our house, and we were in talks with 3 companies. 2 of them just wanted to set traps, but Hector and his team from GRR went further - they thoroughly Inspected my property to find all potential entry points. They educated me what to look for and showed me exactly where these rodents were coming into my house. I was surprised! They closed up all entry points, sterilized the affected areas, and set traps and repellent. Unfortunately, we did have a few intruders after that, so Hector came out again and reinspected. He found one more place that he missed initially, but he mitigated that immediately and did not charge me for his second visit! I highly recommend GRR for any of your pest control needs!

I needed some squirrels safely removed from my porch awning. I didnt have much luck finding someone who could help me. I just so happened to contact Green Rodent and got in touch with Hector Alvarez. He was 20 minutes away from me and in no time he was there. 2 days later Hector came back and took care of the problem for my family. The service was fast and efficient. I don't see or hear the little critters anymore! Thank you Hector!! I will reccomend this company to my neighbors!! Thanks again!!

Scott was extremely understanding especially with being a new home owner and experiencing unknown animal disturbances. After Scott watched a video that I captured of the animals footprints left in the snow, he provided me with a few viable options. Scotts knowledge provided me with a level of relief knowing that I had found the right company for my concern. Needless to say, after Scotts Step 1 recommendation was implemented, I no longer experienced disturbances from the masked visitor. We will continue to use this company for preventative measures.

They scheduled for Memorial Day, then didn't show up. I had to call them when they didn't show up and they gave the excuse that there was a mix up with the days. If you're not going to show up, don't bother wasting other people's time. I had things scheduled that I could have been doing instead of wait for you to keep your word. There's a shortage of good work ethics nowadays. I'm going with another business.

Scott came to my residence, inspected my attic, offered solutions and gave me pictures to share with my HOA so they can remediate the issue of how a squirrel was getting into my attic. The service was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

I've had on/off random mouse sightings for the past year or so. Nothing crazy, maybe 1 or 2 every 8 months, but I got tired of the idea of mice coming in, so I needed a permanent solution. I have another pest company that sprays and sets down traps/poison, but it has little results, and I wanted this to end for good, not simply control it. Green Rodent Restoration assured me that what I needed was exactly what they offer. Identifying holes, sealing, cleaning any droppings, etc. Hector came and did a thorough inspection, and within a few days, he came back and cleaned out all of my radiators, cleaned up any droppings that were found, filled any/all holes that could be possible entry points inside and outside the home, and even left me with his personal number if any issues came up. Well... an issue came up, but not what you think. We had a massive storm the day of, and the caulk wasn't settled yet, so I spoke with Hector and we scheduled for the following week to redo the outside. I also showed him a few more spots inside that I think we should seal up and he left me with some traps. All around a reassuring experience. I don't know if my situation will finally be over, but I definitely feel a little better, especially knowing that I can call on them to reinspect the structure should any more sightings occur. For now, I wait... and hope.
