I paid this company $600 American dollars to get rid of ants. The service started this time last year. One of their visits was with 12 inches of snow on the ground and they said they were spraying for ants. Once again it is springtime and there are ants everywhere. You decide.

John came out. Was amazing. Did a great job super informative very nice very professional. I wish I had these kind of employees. Represented their company well. I recommend them and hopefully u get John. He takes care of the customer

When signing up the gentleman confirmed spiders was one thing they were great at getting rid of. They make sure ALL webs are knocked down, all window sill are wiped & sprayed clean. (My ENTIRE FAMILY is HIGHLY allergic to spiders) I had MANY webs still up, my fiancé, my child, and myself ALL were in hospital over spider bites AFTER THE SECOND TREATMENT. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED WITH TRYING TO CANCEL. I’ve tried canceling I can’t tell you how many times I called over a month ago to cancel. They try to convince you to stay and DONT stop. Then they’ll keep trying to pull AFTER you’ve terminated contract. Horrible company don’t recommended

Josh from Greenix was great! He was friendly, on time, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. You can tell he really cares about doing a thorough job. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks, Josh!

Curt was professional, efficient, and gave me good information about the treatment he provided today and answered my questions thoroughly. I am very pleased with Greenix as a company, they deliver well what they promise. I highly recommend their services.

Austin notified us he was coming and was extremely polite and helpful with our concerns. He was able to explane and reassure us that our few problems would get better in time. He also let us know what he accomplished. We hope we have him on future service calls.

When I signed up, the lady specifically promised that spiders were something they were great at eliminating. She said they make sure all webs are knocked down, and that all window sills are wiped and sprayed clean each visit. After four monthly treatments, the spiders are actually worse than before. On the day they were supposed to come out, it was pouring rain. I called to cancel, and was told they were still coming anyway. I explained that the treatment would just wash away, and they agreed but said they “still had to come out.” Why would a company knowingly service in conditions where the product won’t even work? And they won’t come back to re-service it either. They also refuse to refund or honor the promises they made when I signed up. Overall, a horrible company. I do not recommend them at all. Customer service is absolutely pathetic.

Nick did a wonderful job today. He made me feel comfortable about our decision to use the rodent bate stations. We’ll keep the bate stations for 1 year and make a decision after that as to whether we will continue to use that part of our service. I hope that Nick could permanently service our home in the future!!! He understands our issues and works hard to resolve any problems that we may have.

Blake was friendly and customer service oriented. He wasn’t afraid to do the work and do it well and make suggestions for avoiding issues in the future. We are grateful for his work.
