Outstanding service! Very knowledgeable technician. Answered all questions and give detailed explanation of all actions to be taken. He outlined plans to rid the moles in the yard. Also did a thorough review of outside and treated for pest.

I didn’t realize I had rodents outside of my home. So far, the specialists that have been coming to inspect the rodent box have been so knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I learned abt their existence and what types of rodent through their fecal matter. Phew! The specialist that came today, Bishop, was so polite and very respectful. I really appreciate great customer service. He was wonderful.

The young man that came to my home was very courteous. He arrived in a timely manner, and did a good job spraying inside & out. My only issue was in the scheduling of my service. It had been 3 mos since my last service but no one had contacted me about another treatment. I had to call myself & get the service scheduled. I had expected that the company would contact me to schedule the appointment.
