So happy with this reservice. We have had several concerns about mice being inside of our home after setting the traps out. He came inside the home helped me understand where they may be coming from, physically CAUGHT several mice. I have been so happy with this service. Thank you so much Chris! Also, his customer service is top notch. My kid wouldn't leave his side.

I gave it two visits before I left my 5 star review. Both Tanner and Branden were great and thorough. Really attentive and detail oriented dudes! They were both knowledgeable and shared that wealth with me so we fought off Carpenter ants together! I'm so glad to have been helped by Branden and Tanner!! I feel confident in my services going forward.

Gabriel was an excellent sales professional. Very informative on the pests outside my home and also how to help with the bugs in my area. The company was quick to get to my home the day after I signed up. I was informed when Branden arrived and sent me a check list and pictures of what he put out as bait and trap containers. I definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Greenix has provided consistent service that keeps us almost always pest-free. If we have concerns, their policy to return and reapply gives us peace of mind. We’ve had a significant reduction in mosquitoes and indoor insects. We appreciate that they go the extra mile to check in and heavily treat or avoid treatment in specific areas that we ask for. We are able to enjoy our outdoor spaces now, thanks to Greenix! They are careful and conscientious. We’ve had Brendan the last few times and he has been great!

I had such a great experience with Greenix Pest Control! From start to finish, the team that came to our home was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and professional. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend them!

Great service!! They came out within a couple of hours for a yellowjacket problem in our wall. He was very polite and professional. First visit was ok, but it took a week to get them back out after several calls even though I'm extremely allergic. Way over priced for service I got!! Over $500 plus $50 per month.

Service is sub-par, but had to suffer through the contract. Had to be reserviced multiple times to help control the spiders outside my home. I have better luck with price and quality with Ortho Home Defense. My contract started October 10, 2024. When my contract ended was billed again on a month by month basis but they still only provide quarterly service, fine. I called to cancel thinking they should just cancel my account. Nope, manager said once you pay that $46 dollars I can cancel for you. I told him for what my contract is fulfilled initial payment and 11 month payments. He agreed with me but says I owe the $46 because it is a subscription. A subscription that you pay monthly to get serviced 4 times a year the first would be December 2025. Why would I pay the $46 for services not rendered?

Alex was really Great! Thank you so much for sending him. He was very thorough and very helpful. I love when you guys send professional technicians out here. We could use more technicians like him. He was also very good at communicating with me. I feel like that is very important. He went above and beyond today.

Steve did an awesome and an above and beyond job. Very thorough and quite noticeable he has above and beyond knowledge. We had wasps that were getting in to our bedroom. After Steve was finished he told us to call if saw anything unusual. A couple hours after he left I checked the bedroom and in one of our lights I noticed a bunch of legs sticking through the rim of the fixture. They were wiggling trying to get out. I texted Steve and he returned after his last call and reapplied inside the fixture. I am very impressed with the excellent communication of this organization from signing up with Landon to the service to begin and Steve completing his job at our home. Looking forward to this organization keeping outlet home pest free.

I appreciated Doug’s time and service here today. He was thorough with his inspection, found and sealed the likeliest entries on the outside, added a couple more traps in basement. I appreciated his advice and professionalism. Thank you!
