I really loved the service Cody provided. He was on time, very professional and pleasant. He came in inspected the area and honestly informed how he would service our home and got to work. Would definitely want Cody to do all my treatments he’s the best. You see what he had to tackle 🥴

Greenix got rid of a hornet nest for me; great job. Also, I have rats around my house and sometimes in my garage. Greenix has put out three "bait boxes". Just had my second visit; the rats are eating the bait, meaning some dead rats! We'll see how long this persists, but both of the guys that have been to my house have been very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Definitely recommend this company!

Make sure if they offer you a promo price and give you 3 days to cancel after that you actually call and cancel. I made the mistake and ended up having to pay $250 to cancel for something I didn’t want and a service that didn’t help. I’ll take accountability I should have called and also read the agreement. Just thought after they received $69.99 for an initial service and then 2 months of $39.99 each that they would be okay with getting free money for not doing anything. But still ended up being charged $169 to cancel.

I had wasps randomly start appearing in my home & I have a toddler so I contacted an exterminator (Greenix). They came out the next day (Friday)and found the nest outside in a small hole but couldn’t find the wasps entry point into my home since there are no visible holes anywhere inside. They sprayed the nest and the perimeter and I was told the wasps would be dead so imagine my surprise this morning when I SIX wasps flying around my living room when we are trying to have breakfast. Again, I have a 3yr old toddler in the house so wasps flying around isn’t gonna work for me so today (Saturday) I call them back just for the call center that answers the call no matter which number you dial to tell me they don’t schedule on Saturday because the customer service department is closed on weekends as if the wasps care what day it is. So I tell the young lady to issue me a refund since I am displeased with the service but she can’t do that either that’s also handled by customer service. Now I’m irritated because what did she ask me all of those questions for in the beginning as if service was an option or she could help? Why not lead with that somehow rather than interrogating me for the first few minutes of the call. Come to find out she’s a salesperson and all calls are directed to them unfortunately. Long story short if you want poor services, poor customer support and poor pricing call Greenix.

I had a very good experience today with Matt at Rove pest control. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection and was not in a rush to hurry and finish. He took time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. I felt I could trust his advice and I feel very comfortable contacting him in the future!

We had Chris from Greenix come out to treat our home, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His work was very thorough and professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Our experience with Greenix was made even better because of him. Highly recommend asking for Chris if you get the chance!

Cody came out and took the time to access the whole property, explaining thoroughly how the process works. Also, the service is affordable and if we have any questions between visits; they will come out asap! Nik came out today to rebait (10-7-25) bait was empty in 5 boxes! So, it’s definitely working

Steven was amazing! Very professional and friendly, he was quick, and gave me a lot of useful information, also offered some discounts on future services. Just a great experience all around. I feel comfortable that my home is free of pests.
