    This was a re-service and Mr. Wesley was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I totally wish I could give him 100 stars. Great customer service and I can tell he truly takes pride in his work. Here’s a few pics of my nest how it looked before it was taken down on 8-11-25. And today how big it had got within 7 days. Mr. Wesley you did a great cleanup job once again I truly appreciate you.

    First, Greenix called us almost immediately after we submitted a request, and was able to come out next day! Colten, the technician, was wonderful. He was understanding, knowledgable, and personable. I was able to ask all of my questions, and he spent as much time as I needed to get my answers. (He actually told me they're encouraged to spend as much time as possible with customers to help us understand everything!) I'm so happy we chose Greenix. I feel completely covered, and even my dogs are safe with their treatments.

    Initially showed up unannounced trying to convince us to switch their services. I wanted to discuss with my husband before committing but they were “in town” and wanted to do it that day. I cancelled the services within 3 days. If you fail to cancel in that time frame you are committed to the entire year or else pay a $349 cancellation fee. Cancelling the services takes atleast 30 minutes because they try to adjust the cost enough to convince you to stay on board. They sent a technician today to pick up bait boxes they placed around our home. We just had our yard hydroseeded and he walked through it which wasn’t anywhere near the bait boxes and then tracked it all over the new concrete. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

    Gage did a fantastic job taking care of two large wasp nests and doing a thorough treatment for all insects. He was pleasant and took the time you educate me.

    I was very happy today with the two gentleman that came out to my house. They were very efficient and answered all my questions with great detail. I would definitely refer them to close friends and family. Excited for the outcome and would greatly appreciate working with them again.

    # Greenix Pest Control — Hard Pass Summary: Door-to-door pressure, promises they won’t keep, and a cancellation maze designed to wear you down. Greenix showed up at my door with a polished pitch and one big reassurance: “No cancellation fees.” That’s the only reason I agreed to try them. The reality was the opposite. After I canceled, Greenix kept charging my card and even attempted additional services I had clearly declined. When I pushed back, I was told the only way to cancel was to call in—which meant long holds, transfers, and scripted hurdles clearly meant to delay or discourage cancellation. In other words: they made it easy to sign up at my doorstep and needlessly difficult to get out. That “no cancellation fees” promise? It evaporated the moment I asked them to honor it. I got contradictory answers from different reps, none of which matched what their salesperson told me face-to-face. Meanwhile, the billing kept coming. This isn’t how a trustworthy company behaves. A reputable service: * Doesn’t say “no cancellation fees” and then nickel-and-dime you on the way out. * Doesn’t keep scheduling treatments after you’ve canceled. * Doesn’t force customers into a phone-only cancellation gauntlet when they were signed up at the door in minutes. If you’re considering Greenix, DON'T—or at the very least, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING before you sign a thing. Read every line of the agreement, verify the cancellation terms (including how you can cancel and when it takes effect), and be prepared to document everything (dates, names, screenshots, call logs). As for me, I’m done. I’ve stopped the charges through my bank and reported the experience to consumer channels. Companies that operate like this don’t deserve your business.

    Wesley H. Did my full service today. I am great full for the communication before and after service. He takes pride in his job, he was efficient, and respectful. We couldn't be more happier. He has restored my opinion of the Greenix service.
