Great service. Today I watched the technician through my cameras and he was very thorough. He serviced places I didn't know they did. Such as the ceiling above and around my front door walk way! I was very impressed. Since I started using this company I have had no issues with pests. I highly recommend them!

So far so good. They came next day after calling and just got done spraying so hope to not see anything anymore! They they will come back if needed in between services every other month with no extra cost. Price was fair and they started me with $1 for the 1st month which was awesome, but be aware it is a 12 month contract.

My technician Aaron today did an amazing job! He was thorough and proactively provided me some options related to an issue I just started experiencing. I appreciate him educating me as well and now I have peace of mind because I have a plan in place.

The guy was so nice who came to spray our yards! He asked me if there were any main issues we were having and said he'll concentrate on that. Exceptional customer service by him (I can't remember his name but he had really nice locks!) and the call center! I'm not entirely sure on the price since it was set up by my husband, but we will definitely keep using Greenleaf! We got pest (insect) control and we're located in Surprise AZ

I would give zero if it would allow me I sent you guys an email take a look at that technician wasn't even at my house 10 minutes and my house is over 2000 square feet he said he did the front the back full perimeter of my home and a termite inspection in less than 10 minutes time he did not do a termite inspection and I work from home I'm sitting here working he came to my door right away I said are you already done he said yep finish everything when I took them over to see all the ant hills on the side of my house he said oh I didn't see those I'll just spread some granules around and I didn't see any termite activity either and said have a nice day so if I'm going to get this kind of service I'm going to renegotiate this little contract y'all set up for me I'm not used to that I don't pay for that/ After the initial visit they sent another tech out who really took care of the situation If the others are like Troy This company has the standard. I know every tech is different but Troy was like night & day compared to the previous tech. Because of him I recommend their service Great job Troy I'm really satisfied.

Ralph was absolutely wonderful! Showed up early and worked efficiently. He was so friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I feel confident this will solve our termite issue.

Great service, had them service my home years ago when I was in tolleson and sadly had to cancel once I moved to Buckeye but was very happy when I heard they were now in Buckeye. There sprays really keep the bugs out and the techs are always friendly and informative. Always recommend them to anyone who listens.

We have had this company over a year and have given them chance after chance. We don’t have pests, but it comes at a cost. Yes it’s 50.00 a month, but they drag their hose through your pool after many calls it is still happening. They leave the gate wide open even with having animals and a pool. So not only can your animal get out after they come to the front door saying you can let your animal out in about 15 minutes a child or other animals can wander into your backyard and potentially drown. They spray half the yard being the wall and have to come back to do the foundation after you have to call. I shouldn’t have to follow up every time out. I would avoid this company if you have a pool, pets and a gate. Also they will spray your patio furniture if it’s next to a wall. As you will see in the pic that isn’t over spray that is saturated. In replying to your response. The gate being left open for a child to enter our back yard or our dog was to get out was done by you LEAD technician that came out to redo what your regular tech didn’t do. So do a lead to leave a gate wide open with a brick with a pool is not at all ok. If the lead can’t even get it right a second time out why would I give another chance. You the owner going to come out and do it yourself so you know it’s done right since your techs can’t do the job? Of so then we can talk.

Our tech today was wonderful! Even with a house of kids on fall break and me trying to keep everything in order, he was such a gentleman; polite, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly, was very knowledgeable, and took his time to make sure every area was treated; the front, back, garage, and even the sticky spots we asked about. He worked with diligence and a smile the whole time. We really appreciated his positive attitude and the great service he provided today!

We just moved into our brand new home and Dustin was out door knocking informing new clients of Green Leaf’s pest control services. He was very professional & very informative. We signed up and he made that process simple & seamless. 2 days later Jonah arrived with a 30 minute automated call letting us know they were in their way. Jonah arrived he was very professional & explained the process for inside & outside treatment of the property. We received an automated call within 10 min. After Jonah left letting us know of other products that are offered & to let us know our service for the day had been completed. I really appreciate this type of valued service and would highly recommend this company. Thank you Team Green Leaf pest control!

I had this company come over to my home to get rid of scorpions. The other day I found one on my ceiling and it was a baby. I looked it .up and found out that if there's a baby that possibly are more of them.And it might be one of the mothers. I call this company and they told me they can take care of me and they came out immediately.The next day they were here. And they sprayed my home inside and out. The man that came over here was very professional and very knowledgeable.When I asked him questions. If I need anything else from them i would definitely be giving them a call. In my book , they were number 1 in service saying professionalism. Give them a call.You would definitely not regret it.

Really happy with the technician we had today (Carter I believe!) He was thorough and listened as I did a terrible job explaining allll the issues and troubleshooting we’ve gone through previously. He was super quick and friendly, was willing to go the extra mile to give peace of mind. Only took a star off due to having been using this company for over a year (maybe closer to two years) and somehow we still can’t seem to keep roaches out. I do believe the issue is better and they say AZ sewer roaches will never be resolved especially in older pipes (ew) so there’s that. I do recommend them!

Today was Aaron was amazing! He was very thorough, and you can tell. He really cares about his job. I asked lots of questions, and he was more than willing to help and assist with all of my pest needs. He also gave us lots of tips and tricks to help us. Keep our home safe as well. He was very informative and thorough with his. Follow up and gave us lots of options for the future. By far one of the best Text. We’ve ever had come to our home. I would love to have Erin come to my home consistently as I feel like I can trust him, and he’s going to help give us any and all solutions. With customer service and businesses, letting down customers left and right it’s good to know that I feel comfortable and confident that he will help with all of our pest needs. Please make Erin a regular on route here in Buckeye. I would love for him to be the technician who comes here regularly. I would just like to say, You have a great technician on your hands. Carlos was absolutely great! From answering the phone through the extermination this company showed customer service at its best!! When my former company that just came out less than 4-days ago for their maintenance couldn’t attempt to try to dispatch or check the ‘new’ ant invasion which was their entire reason for my year long subscription, Greenleaf took the call, and located someone past their cut-off. That was above and beyond and they now have our business forever. Thank you again! P.S. a side note, they are also 50% less than the other company which was a great surprise!

Isaiah was highly professional the whole time as soon as he arrived to my house. I had questions & he answered them all promptly & in depth. He even exceeded the scope of his job by providing additional information than I expected in regards to my home the maintenance for pest control as well as exhibiting his detailed knowledge of the termite service we had also picked up. I’d like to think Greenleaf should feel lucky to have such an employee. This was my first time experiencing service from Isaiah & things couldn’t have gone any better a 10 out of 10.

Technicians are respectful and seem to do their jobs well. I've had no troubles with bugs in my house. Even when I suspected I may have an issue, they were able to have a technician comes in within 2 days (at no extra charge). I'm happy with the service thus far.

This company operates like a bait-and-switch scam. The technician who came out told me he “found termite activity,” but conveniently never showed me a single piece of proof. He then pushed their termite add-on and repeatedly promised there was NO contract, no commitment, and that I could cancel anytime. I asked multiple times because I do not do contracts, and he looked me in the face and assured me there wasn’t one. That was a lie. Two months later, not only did they refuse to come back out when more termite activity was found, they suddenly claimed I was locked into a 12-month contract and demanded nearly $300 to cancel a service they won’t even provide. So the truth is: They will say anything to get you signed up, then hide behind fine print and refuse to honor the service you’re paying for. This is deceptive, unethical, and predatory business behavior. Selling a “no-contract service” and then trapping customers in a contract when they try to cancel is the definition of fraudulent sales practice. If you’re considering this company, don’t walk — RUN the other way. There are plenty of pest control companies that don’t rely on lies, broken promises, and surprise fees to make money

Amazing service!!! The technician was so friendly, professional, and explained everything very well. We are very happy that we chose Greenleaf to provide this service. I really loved that we got a phone call giving us a 30 minute heads up for the arrival of the technician so that I can still get things done during the day and don't have to sit there waiting for hours. Also, I was blown away that they were able to come out the day after I called to set up the service. Such an awesome company!
