Ian at Greenway is the BEST!!! We get monthly servicing through Greenway and Ian happens to be the main person that comes to my house and I’m so thankful for him! Not only is this company the best out of the MANY I’ve tried, but Ian really goes above and beyond and makes sure we get the most out of our service. If we need a mid-month servicing, he’s here. Haven’t had any issues since using Greenway for the past couple years, and especially since Ian has been the one servicing our house!! Very thankful for Greenway and for Ian!!

I informed the account manager that I was no longer residing at my address. They did not do me the courtesy of cancelling my contract early by ONE month... rather, they charged me for the following month $98 PLUS an early termination fee of $279. The WORST customer service! Absolutely rude and not accommodating. Go to Bulwark - this place is awful. "Hi Amber, thank you for your feedback. Our records show that we made several attempts to follow up and review options with you in June. We appreciate you getting back in touch with us to settle your account. We wish you the best of luck" YEP I am referring to the correspondence that I had in June when I made my payment and had ONE payment to go until contract ended and your associate charged me $300 extra. What. The. Actual? Best of luck to YOU with your rude customer service. That will get you no where no matter how many bugs you kill.

David is always professional and thorough. He remembers the specific issues we’ve had and addresses them with great attention to detail. It gives us peace of mind knowing he stays on top of everything each visit.

Brian completed my services and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took care to explain the issues that he found and what treatments would likely work. He also made sure to avoid anything that would be harmful to our pet tortoise. I would highly recommend him!

I have been with them for a couple of years, and they've always managed everything without needing to inform me. I’ve never had any complaints. During my recent inspection, I was pleasantly surprised. Since we weren’t home on the scheduled day for pest control, the technician Jeffrey recorded a video showing what he found in the house and the steps he took to address it. He also advised us to monitor the situation and let them know if it persisted. It was great to see him being proactive by informing us and taking action. Thank you!!!

Cole was fantastic! I work from home, and he was considerate enough to notice the sign and not ring the doorbell. When it came time to service the inside of the house, he worked quickly and efficiently without interrupting my work. He did a great job overall, I really appreciated his professionalism!

Chris was very kind and explained what he would be doing outside the house very well. He completed the service in a timely manner. After the service was done he came back and discussed if he had found anything and tips to keep bugs away. Very satisfied with the service today.

Your technician Chris came out and sprayed the perimeter of our house and property. Brad is by far the best, most professional and personable technician I've ever had! I am so fortunate to have him have me on his route! Very thorough and aware of my pest control needs, especially with my giant tortoise in the yard!

Brian made sure that we knew the value of the company’s service by explaining if we had any concerns or saw any issues that they’d return to correct them. He also explained we may see more activity even though he sprayed as usual. Finally I give him Komodo’s for asking what rooms he could service instead of assuming all rooms needed it.
