    I’ve had a very odd experiment with this company. My first phone call, the gentleman I spoke to who helped us get started was kind, non judgmental and very professional. Even though promotion had ended he honored it because I saw it on google and the ad had not been taken down. The first person that came to spray the house was very kind and respectful of our home! We were still seeing bugs so we asked them to come back the following month to spray again. The second tech who came to my home asked me to end my services with Hawx and use him on “the low” to help him out and save us money- intending to use Hawx supplies to take care of my house for 70$. Out of fear I casually told him that I would save his number for the future if we changed our mind but that I would decline his “services” for the time being. I was afraid that if I told a supervisor about this that he might come back to my home and retaliate. I’m coming forward about this now because I am no longer living in that home because the ceiling has collapsed and the land lord does not intend to repair it so we are moving altogether somewhere else but currently displaced entirely. We have an 8 month old daughter. I contacted Hawx account manager and explained the situation and requested to end services. The first acct manager said to provide proof and that they would close it free of charge. I sent the proof. The next day I called to follow up and the guy I talked to said that the best he could do was pause my acct and only for 6 months and that when I found another home they would restart the services. I told him we would probably end up in an apartment. To that, he stated that if we do get an apartment to show them the lease and they will waive the 200$ fee. At this I was kind of appalled, I said some cuss words because I couldn’t believe that they would end it without a fee for someone who found a new home in an apartment but for someone who was living in the car with an eight month old they wanted the 200$. That totally blew me away. Overall, this place was shiesty and unprofessional and uncaring. I do not recommend them no matter what type of deal they try to give you. It’s not worth some Gang gang code with face tats coming into your home with your children and the bugs never went away anyways where when Orkin came and sprayed just one time, the bugs were all gone. Photos are of the damage to my home- there is asbestos in the ceiling insulation so we lost everything inside it also including my babies toys, clothes bottles … everything. Also, no one told me when I signed up that I would be entering some sort of service contract either. With Orkin, I was permitted to cancel at any time and we only did so because we could t afford the service anymore.

    Jaylen did a wonderful job. He reached out to me prior to arrival, when he got here and when he finished. He provided detailed information of what he did as well as pictures and was very kind and professional. He is a great asset to the company and a breathe of fresh air.

    Mario, my technician from Hawx, provided truly excellent service. Unlike previous visits that felt rushed, Mario was incredibly thorough. During his routine service, he proactively identified and removed several wasp nests around my home, a service I didn't even realize was covered. He handled it without me needing to ask, which was a huge relief! Inside, he clearly communicated the exterior services he'd performed and asked about my specific concerns for the interior. His personable approach and attention to detail were outstanding. My contract just ended and I was considering canceling, but if I can guarantee Mario as my service representative, I'm strongly considering keeping the month-to-month. Well done, Mario! 🙏🏿

    Do NOT trust Hawx. Their services don't work and they sell you a "monthly plan" that is really a long term contract with hidden fees. We switched from Arrow to Hawx because they provided mosquito and gnat service (versus Arrow which only provided mosquito service). They put us on a plan for monthly services at $100/month. The mosquito service did not work. We should have stayed with Arrow where we never had an issue with mosquitos -- we were just looking for something that covered gnats as well. Second, when we tried to cancel it took 5 phone calls to get in touch with someone. We were put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour on every occasion. When I finally did reach an account manager, they refused to deal with me (husband) since I didn't set up the account. When I offered to patch in my wife, they refused to accept a three-way call (I am in the banking industry, and even banks will provide account information when properly verified with the account owner). On the fifth call, they attempted to retain our services. When we politely declined the free service from a "Senior Technician" and asked to cancel our service, Hawx said we would be charged a large cancellation charge (even more than our monthly service). This was never explained to us in our verbal conversations with the company. So despite the fact that their services do NOT work, they are trying to take more of our hard earned money which was NEVER disclosed to us by the rep. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and taking our services back to Arrow.

    I was one step away from canceling my services with this company. Because the last person I had was not good at all no communication nothing. Xavier turned all that around today very very nice very communicative and explain everything to me. Explained how spiders operate and how to keep them in other insects away from getting into my home. Xavier have turned my whole perspective around about this company. I look forward to him coming back to service my home.

    Poor company, first the rep that signed me up told me that they were a local Georgia company which they are not. I then signed up with them, my first few services were great however they started to become poor. I then tried to call and cancel in which they gave me a lot better of a price on a “package deal” the services that they provided me after were effortless. They would spend 10 minutes at my house and I would pay them $120 a month. Bad company I would look into other options.
