Robert M. was the tech who provided service to my hose today. It is my wish tha everyone Ideal with could deliver high quality service at his level: which wais way up there!!! Upon arrival, He made me feel at ease and introduced himself in a way that immediately earned my trust. But that wasn’t the best part of his performance, which was toward the end of his visit. It was his explanation of what he did and why. He made the technical issues understandable in a way that I easily understood the benefits of what J&J does. Lastly, he answered all my questions with patience. He represents you well, and is strong the delivery of his work. Michael Jones , customer 825 Magnolia Wood Ave. Baton Rouge

I got an issue on this, my father got a service 2 years ago and now we want a cancellation. We called them pass week and we supposed got deal to end his contract after the last service (September 17th the service is already dones) the customer service told us after the service they will give us a number to comfirm the service and cancel the contract. We’re still waiting for that number, if someone can help us on this, we would be appreciate. About the service, it is nice quality service but at this point we don’t longer needed. 👍

BEWARE!! HORRIBLE! They will steal your money! I made the poor decision to enter into a contract with this company. Pursuant to the contract, they were supposed to come to my home and perform extermination services a minimum of one time every three months. In exchange, I paid a monthly fee. I paid every month for over 3 years, but they have not been to my home to perform any service whatsoever since December of 2024. They sure kept charging and withdrawing funds from my account every month, though. I emailed them and I called them, but I heard nothing back and they just kept charging. Ultimately I emailed them a notice of cancellation, advising them to cancel my account and revoking any authorization to deduct funds from my account. However, instead of honoring my notice of cancellation, they emailed me back and asked me to call them. They did stop withdrawing funds from my account after my written notice of cancellation. So I called them and AGAIN gave them notice that I wanted to cancel my account. But because they refused to honor my initial notice of cancellation, and because I did not get their request for me to call and call them back fast enough, another billing period rolled over, and they then started sending me notices demanding that I pay them another month's payment. I called back in to alert them to that fact, never once thinking they wouldn't do the right thing and remove the charge. They had already received payments from me for the previous six months, even though they had done absolutely nothing--they had been in breach of their obligations under the contract since December of 2024. They had missed multiple services even though they had been paid. But no. Because they ignored my first notice of cancellation and did not cancel my account, and therefore "the subscription" was "still active" at the time of the June billing, and even though they had not performed any service whatsoever for me since December of 2024, and therefore had already been paid for nothing for the previous six months, they refused to remove the charge for June of 2025. They breached the contract, not me. And even though they know that I paid them for months and months for absolutely nothing, their response is to demand that I pay them even more money...!? Absolutely incredible. It's dishonest and immoral. But they didn't seem to care at all about what they should have done. No one was the least bit concerned about the fact that their customer's residence had not been serviced since the previous year. Their only concern is with stealing another $40 from a hard-working single mother of three. But I am done paying them for nothing. Even the few times they did perform their "service," I could never tell a difference. And they never once knocked on my door to let me know they were here and ask if they could service the interior. They just wanted to do the absolute minimum possible and then ultimately just stopped even showing up at all. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, IMMORAL THIEVES and no one should ever do business with them.

Great service, but good luck trying to cancel service. After 4 attempts (of what I thought was a successful cancellation-I would immediately get through to a person, but each time when being transferred to the "cancellation division", the wait time was up to 45 minutes. Needless to say, after confirmation of service cancellation, the technician would show up the following month as if nothing had changed. The techs are polite and do a great job-but when it comes to termination of service it's like checking into the Hotel California-you can check out anytime you like, but you can NEVER leave. Ultimately, I had to cancel my card attached to their service and now am getting texts regarding required payment. Again, this is no fault of the technicians.

Byron was amazing. Very friendly, genuinely enjoyed talking to him abd having him in our home. He explained everything well, showed great concern for the problems we were experiencing with pests and let us know he'd get everything taken care of. Obviously we appreciate the company itself, and so far the technicians have been a real bonus.

Lots of voicemails, text for service all high tech stuff. Try to talk to a human, impossible 2 reschedules after missed appointments Said they would be their 8am to 8pm Waited both days, all day. Get 3rd appointment 9 days later, not in town, so just say just do the outside. No feedback on for 2 days from Hawx’s. I call and they finally reply via text, they did not make it and give me another reschedule date 4 days later Spent 30 minutes today explaining the situation. For an excuse that this doesn’t happen much Never again with me Buyer beware, they do not meet their commitments I you have to follow up to find out they did not BTW, they charge me $55.00 a month for this Non servicel

Bryon from Hawx is very pleasant and helpful. He asks pertinent questions. I do not have any bug problems. I wish the price were less but they keep the bugs out.

Hawx Pest Control – More Buzz Than Bite If there were an Olympic event for excuses, Hawx Pest Control would take the gold. They charged me $55 a month for six months, yet only managed to show up three times. The other months? “Weather issues.” “Scheduling issues.” “Life issues,” apparently. My favorite was when the tech, Byron Baldwin, said the weather was too bad to spray — fair enough — but never came back when the weather cleared. I guess the sun didn’t make it onto their calendar. What bugs me most is that I kept paying, hoping they’d make it right, just to protect my credit. Instead, I learned that the only thing Hawx consistently sprays is my bank account. Bottom line: stay far, far away. Hawx might keep pests out of your house, but they’ll find their way into your wallet every single month. P.S. I even reached out regarding this issue, but only able to reach accounts receivable, who only wanted me to pay, not worrying about the situation.

My service tech, Deshone, was amazing! He gave me a heads up that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he was very respectful and down to earth. He serviced the indoor and outdoor areas with efficiency and in a great amount of time. I hope I have him again!
