    John R from Hawx did such a good job today. He not only made adjustments to his schedule to accommodate mine, but he also took some time to educate me on the situation, as well as tips to properly address and protect my home. Hope he can be the Tech to always be dispatched whenever I have an issue. Thanks again John!

    Antonio and Hawx Smart Pest Control did a fantastic job! We needed help immediately with a wasp problem and they were able to come out the next day to take care of it. Antonio was very communicative and provided us a detailed report with pictures of everything he did during our service!! I am so glad I reached out to Hawx.

    There was some initial frustration with scheduling, but all-in-all Hawx was the most responsive and easiest pest removal company to deal with. Our new home came with a severe mouse infestation, but Josh was very empathetic and down to earth when he came to give a quote. He presented both ideal and cheaper, but less-effective, options and was honest but not pushy. We knew we didn't want to use poison because of the impact it has on people and local wildlife. It was a pleasant surprise to learn Hawx doesn't use them at all, and they make sure all traps are kid- and pet- friendly, if needed! They got our remediation on the books 10 days out but called three days later to offer sooner times that opened up, which we appreciated. As for the trapping and exclusion, Andrew and Nick did a fantastic job start-to-finish. They were wildly polite and professional, and were very grateful we followed the checklist instructions to clear the areas they'd be working in. (Please do this! They'll be doing gnarly-enough work without worrying about tripping over your stuff.) They explained everything they were going to do, checked in regularly, and invited me to ask them as many questions as I had. While today is only day one, I feel confident the work they did is going to be effective - and if there are issues later, they say they stand by what they do and will come out to make it right, for free. This job wasn't cheap, but it was also a large amount of (very gross) work, and they don't try to rope you into a monthly service. If you have a pest issue save yourself a lot of hassle and call Hawx first.

    My experience with Hawx had been awful. They raise the prices of my service without telling me. Then they took money out of my account without my consent. When ever I call for services they put me on a run around or on hold forever. I have a couple different service with them one service is for the outside of the home and the other is for the inside of my home. The staff talk over you like they know everything. There customer service skill is awful and unprofessional. There staff need some customer training.

    Really enjoyed working with Nick and Hawx. Great communication, they followed our directions perfectly and even helped educate us on what we weren't aware of. IMO they went above and beyond and provided exceptional service! Thank you Hawx, I highly reccommend.

    I have been working with Hawx for some years and have never had issues. Usually a great company to get pest control! My yearly renewal was up and I called to cancel my services and no account manager would answer the phone. I called for days and even left my name and call back number to get a call back and never received a call back. Someone finally answered today and would not refund me for this month because I'm 3 days past my renewal period even though I tried to call days prior! Its an error on the company part and they are not willing to refund me because they couldnt pick up the phone. I even asked to escalate and she wouldn't let me. Super disappointed in this company.

    Hawx was fantastic! We had a rodent infestation at our home and Josh walked us through the entire process, including the root cause of the issue, as well as the options to resolve the issue. We are extremely appreciative of him being patient with us and educating us in regards to the issue. Service is scheduled for this week and we are thankful for their quick action!

    BEWARE OF THE MARKETING TACTICS — this company is dishonest and will lock you into a contract that’s nearly impossible to get out of. First, I want to say that our technician Nick was amazing — professional, friendly, and thorough. Unfortunately, the company itself operates very differently. When I first called Hawks, I asked multiple times for the cost of service and was never told it was a subscription-based model. I only found out after receiving repeated messages from them. When I called to cancel (just three days later), I was told I was locked into a 12-month contract and would have to pay $200 to cancel. When I asked about using the $150 promotion texted to my phone, the account manager (Alex or Alexus) was rude and dismissive, saying it “didn’t apply” and that the promotion “wasn’t real.” I even mentioned the $350 off promotion listed on their website, and he said that didn’t apply either. This entire experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I wish I had never come across this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

    Absolute worst company to deal with over the phone. The techs who came out were friendly enough and seemed to do their job, but they outsource their customer service to India. Canceling service was a nightmare and were incredibly resistant to me canceling further services. Took me 4 different phone calls and a boat load of patience to eventually get through. Never again, and do NOT recommend.

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. In my experience, their sales tactics felt deceptive and manipulative. The representatives sound convincing, but in my case they left out critical information about what I was actually paying for. Based on how I was treated, I would not trust a single thing that comes out of Daniel Armada’s mouth. What upset me most is that they seemed willing to take advantage of a teenager trying to help their sick mother someone who couldn’t call herself to confirm the details. I was told one thing about the service and then discovered they either didn’t do what they promised or did only part of it, followed by pushing additional charges for things I believed were already included. The whole “100% guarantee we’ll get rid of your pest problem” meant nothing unless I paid more than what I was originally told. And don’t expect any decency when it comes to billing. That “$199 cancellation fee” that was never mentioned upfront? They charged it anyway. This company caused me nothing but stress, frustration, and unexpected expenses. Save yourself the headache and your money by avoiding them completely.
