I’ve been with Hawks for over a year now. I’m generally very satisfied with the work most of the techs perform and the general advice they have given me for steps I can personally take to protect my home from pests. I have to say, though, I’m always most impressed with Joe. If I got to choose techs I’d request Joe every single time. He always goes above and beyond and takes even my smallest requests very seriously. Honestly, he’s probably the main reason I’ve never considered discontinuing service. He’s definitely contributed the most to my positive view of Hawks as a company. I hope they continue to impress me going forward.

Great service today from technician Joe. Texted a reminder in early A.M. that he would be here to perform our scheduled treatment, then sent another text about 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure someone would be here to allow access to back yard. When he arrived he inquired whether previous treatment had helped with a problem we were having. I appreciated that concern and follow through.
