Up until the end of 2019, I was a Realtor and had clients that needed home inspections. I sold my first home in 2012, and the buyers needed a home inspector. I asked a few other Realtors if they had any suggestions. The most common suggestion was Troy at Healthy Home Inspections, so I spoke to the buyers, and they agreed to hire him. They were thrilled with the inspection, as it was very thorough and he found things that they never even thought about checking. They also received the report that night, so we could review it. Through the years, I have worked with several home inspection companies and none of them were nearly as thorough as Troy was. When buyers needed an inspector, I always recommended Troy, but gave them a list of 3 or 4, so they could choose who they wanted. Most ended up hiring Troy and EVERY one of them were very pleased and would also recommend him. As Troy got busier, he had to hire inspectors to help him handle the load. I wondered how thorough the inspectors he hired would be and if they would be as good as he was. Since my clients mostly used his company, I feel that Troy does a fantastic job in screening and training the inspectors that he hires. I have had many home sales, and I have never had a buyer make a single complaint about the inspections. With Troy's thoroughness and professionalism with his inspection company, if my condo association didn't take care of the pest control, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute on hiring him as my pest control company.

We used an other company for years and was never very happy with them. The grass looked never really like we wanted it to look like. Just recently we switched to Healthy Home Inspections for the first time and our lawn looks amazing after only one treatment. We are amazed about the progress in such very short period of time.Troy even stopped by our home 2 weeks later to check again if there is anything else it needs. Great crew! I sent in a request and heard back right away. 2 hours later and they were at the house getting everything taken care of. Both techs were super nice and polite and professional. And there cost was much better than others I looked at. Highly recommended!
