Have used them for two rental properties I own now and they are quick, reasonable prices, and easy to work with. They also will come back out if any issues arise between services to get you taken care of

Curtis was professional and curtious and very easy to deal with. My issue is 6 weeks go Home Pro Pest Control inspected a house we had under contract for $70. Due to other inspections that deal fell through. They inspected a house we have under contract last week and charged $150. How could there be such a price jump in that length of time. We were thinking about going under contract with them but not sure now?
