Carlos has been helpful beyond regular treatment. And William C. recently did a very thorough visit texting me in advance of when he was arriving, reporting a detail inspection and clearing areas of home along with pictures.

William did a great job today, it was our first service with HomeShield and he texted me with his estimated arrival time (which was within the previously agreed upon time window). He walked around the house with me so I could show him where we have been having trouble with ants. He explained clearly what areas he could spray and what areas he could not. He also described how the ant activity is likely to increase after treatment but then it will decrease. He was polite, thorough, respectful of our property, and certainly knew a lot about pests! Hope we get him again when it’s time for our next service :)

He explained everything clearly and went over all the services I might need without being pushy. I really appreciated how professional and detailed he was — you can tell he knows his stuff. The best! Been using forever and so glad we do. Totally worth it-no more ants after rain. Our tech Jordan Johnson is s.uper friendly and gets everything done fast: wears booties to protect the floors etc.. Appreciate it
