I had a consultation with Elvin W. today in regard to rodent treatment services in the attic and around my home. Elvin was very professional and kind. He did a very thorough inspection and checked on my roof, in the attic, under my house, and around the perimeter for any openings and cracks. He also checked in and around my water heater, as well. After his inspection he went over everything I needed to know about my current status, showed me the pictures of the areas needing to be addressed, and what I need to do to resolve my issue. He broke everything down and made it easy to follow and all of my questions were answered and the price was very reasonable. I really like how the treatments are Organic and they are very careful to not get anything on your plants and vegetables in the garden. And I really am excited to get my attic cleaned and new TAP Insulation installed. Elvin explained how the TAP insulation is fire resistant and helps avoid termites in the attic. And they clean and disinfect the attic which will be such a relief for me. I am very concerned with keeping my house clean and fresh and I don’t want to have any negative health concerns with the old insulation and small droppings from the mice. Getting this completed with Home Shield is definitely giving me a huge relief for me and my family. I am excited to continue working with Home Shield Pest Control on all my pesky pest management services. I am thankful for Elvin, as he was very respectful of my house inside and out and made sure to keep everything clean. I appreciated that a lot. Exceptional! David G. performed an inspection for our home, and I wanted to leave a note to share how pleased we were with his visit. His knowledge, attitude, and attention to detail was remarkable. He was able to make it to our place much earlier than expected, and phoned ahead to make sure it was okay. It's definitely hot right now, and despite the temperature David spent extra time making sure to take lots of photos and inspect our attic thoroughly. David took a lot of care and spent a significant amount of time making sure he didn't miss anything, and that quality of work is reflected in the document he prepared, which showcased several dozen photos, listed multiple recommended services and options, and details on every item (description, pricing, what to expect, etc.) - these were also clearly explained during the on-site inspection and everything was clear and accurate. We've decided to sign on with HomeShield for both pest and rodent services, and quite honestly a huge part of that is the great impression David left!

Hard to say whether the service will hold up since it's the first day. However the technician that serviced our home, Sergio, was great to work with. He was communicative, arrived on time, and had answers to my questions. He had a pleasant attitude and was easy to talk to. I'm hoping the product will work so I can relax about the ants and know my pest problems will be taken care of by home shield.

So glad I found Homeshield Pest Control because we had an ant infestation inside our home. Our service professional Abraham arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. He surveyed the entire place (inside and out) and was able to locate the exact area where the ants were coming from. Been using home shield for over a year now. It’s been great. Our tech, Kwan, today was very communicative and did a very thorough job. We have been pleased with HimeShield overall as their treatments have very effective non-toxic formula, plus, their technicians are always punctual and reliable. We keep hearing from our neighbors about their problems with ants and spiders and we have none!! That’s a sure proof that HomeShield does a great job!!

I contacted homeshield about a year ago, had new neighbors move in next door and they have 3 dogs and the house being vacant for 8 years has only a dirt yard in back, the dogs developed a huge flea infestation and then the first time in 8 years my pups had fleas, I tried over $150.00 in diy solutions with different flea treatments and always worry about the chemicals that might affect my pups, after contacting homeshield and the first treatment 75% of the problem was solved, they followed up 2 weeks later no charged and now we have been flea free ever since and the neighbors still are having flea problems but the fleas stay away from my yards. Worth every dollar and the service is above 10 stars.
